The best ever. Always has time for everyone. We are so fortunate to have him in our town.

I’ve been coming to Dr. Ricciardi ever since I was 11 years old. He always makes himself available to his patients and is so helpful in trying to make the absolute most of our insurance. He goes out of his way to look for other ways to help us save money which is so appreciated. He knows nearly every patient by name even when you go in and don’t have a scheduled appointment. He has a great selection of frames also and is one of the few optometrists in the area who don’t try and sell you every add on to make money. I would recommend him to anyone! I have been going here for over 5 years and finally calling the quits! They took nearly 3 months just to get my contacts in. Every time I call they gave me an excuse that it was on back order. The doctor is very nice himself but this place is so unorganized I won’t be going back! This is the second increase on prescribed colored contacts one box for $95 which is kind of insane when I can literally purchase the same brand online myself for $45 I have been going here for over 5 years and finally calling the quits! My niece went here recently and the lady at the front desk was extremely rude and gave attitude when we confronted her about our 40+ minute wait even though we had booked the appointment for the designated time 40 minutes earlier. Instead, they helped clients who had come in after us and told us “Yeah I’m aware of the time.”

Great ophtalmologist never seen in my life .

I’ve been going here since 1999 maybe, when I got my first pair of glasses. Dr. Ricciardi is the best.

Love Richard Richardi, OD. I was recommended by my sister who has been going to Dr. Richardi for many year. Dr. Richardi provided to me the most comprehensive eye exam I have ever had. I had a great experience until the day that I had to call to ask for my contact lenses prescription. I called on Monday and was told that I would have to go there in person to get it and they would call me back when it was ready (how long can it take to write a few numbers on a piece of paper?) and I never got a callback. On Thursday, I called again, and after getting my information all over again, the receptionist hangs up saying she would call back. She didn’t apologize for the delay and didn't even sound like she cared. 30 min later, I get a call so that they can tell me that I would have to pay a $55 ”evaluation” fee to get my prescription, which is illegal to do. I have the right to request my prescription free of charge whenever I feel like even if it's been over a year (which is not even the case). Especially because I was never given one once I got my lenses. I was going to buy one box until I could get back there for my annual exam in October, but now I will gladly take my business somewhere else. Awesome eye doctor; always great service .

Dr. RIcciardi always gives a thorough exam and is so pleasant and kind. The busyness of his office tells the story but I’ve never had to wait long.

I've been going here for a couple years. He's very thorough and informative. He took his time and always fines a solution when I had issues with contacts. I've had several eye doctors in the last ten years and he's been the best by far!

Literally the best doctor for your eyes on the north shore, Or even in New England! Extremely knowledgeable, patient, caring, and devoted. First time I saw him he fixed my eyes and took care of my prescription right away. Been a patient for about 4 years or so now. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Friendly, caring and outgoing. Always makes you feel like family. Would recommend to anyone looking for glasses.

Just called to make an app. never been there and the receptionist couldn't make the appointment and didn't give me any other options and said the website is not accurate with the hours. very disappointing.

Dr. Ricciardi is the man. He makes the visit so good and easy. Good conversation while he does his job. He cares and after months or even a year he never forgets a face but more important my name. That means a lot to me. I will never go anywhere else. Trust me, I've been to a lot of places for my vision.
