Mr. Robert Brian O Malley

I have been to a couple of specialists in the EmergOrtho network. I have been having problems with my feet - chronic pain, stabbing pain and many broken bones. What bothered me most was that Dr. O’Malley did not really go over my X-rays with me, and after reading his notes thru my patient portal - he definitely never mentioned an injection (which I would have gladly taken) that the notes said he did. He skirted over options, eg. surgery but didn’t go into any detail as to what the surgery would entail. I was sent away with different things to try (which I had been doing) and if I couldn’t stand the discomfort he said he could “fix my toes” no detail (so how am I supposed to weigh my decision) and after hearing about how he only has 15 minutes to tell patients what is best, which he felt he couldn’t do, and can’t guarantee this and that, if I want it fixed ok - if not live with it. And then I heard 8 minutes of how mislead todays youth is. Looking for a different podiatrist.

Very rude, kept his back turned most of the visit. Told me to go to a back Dr. I went to another Foot Dr. and was treated for Tarsal Tunnel and cured.

Dr O’Malley was very nice, concerned, and had a great bedside manner. I had been looking for relief for two years after back surgery affected my feet. I would highly recommend him. He certainly helped me on my first visit. However I am very Disappointed in the staff. I left a message for his nurse to call me. it’s been three days and I haven’t had a call back. I sent a message through the patient portal 8 o’clock in the morning and still have not had an answer back and it was a medication question that has been affecting me. No one has reached out to me from the office. As I think Dr. O’Malley was great and right on the money with his treatment I don’t care for his office staff whatsoever. Being unresponsive is not how you handle your patients with a medication question.

WONDERFUL chairside manner.... Very thorough and takes the time to explain all the details to you. I have worked with dr. Bob for years. He is, without a doubt, my "most-trusted" podiatrist. Consider his vibrant and fun personality huge bonus!

Awesome explanation of condition with plenty of advice on how to effectively deal with it. Went from tremendous to virtually no pain overnight. Really one of the most pleasant doctors visit I’ve had in my 58 years. Thanks

I waited for a half hour early one morning for Dr. O’Malley to come in and tell me he couldn’t help me.Dr. O’Malley was well aware of my medical history. It would’ve been nice if he had called me the day before and canceled my visit rather than take my $50 co-pay as well as getting paid for the visit .

Dr. O’Malley and his staff were exceptional. This was my first visit with Dr. O’Malley and I felt as if I had known him for years. Highly recommended.

I saw Dr. Robert O’Malley for an issue with my foot. The staff were nice and helpful. Dr. O’Malley has a wonderful bedside manner and took his time to help me and explain things. I didn’t feel rushed and he answered my questions. He wrote down information I needed so I didn’t have to remember everything. I was happy with my visit and will return as needed.

Dr. O'Malley is one of those physicians who inspires trust from the outset. Personable, attentive, and generous with his time, Dr. O'Malley thoroughly explains his diagnosis and recommended steps going forward, while ensuring that patients understand and are free to choose their options. I would refer him to friends and family without hesitation.

Dr O’Malley is wonderful. He took the time with me to explain my problem ; compassionate and understanding. He offered options to help me , and did not immediately tell me I needed surgery .

Genuine concern for my condition. Made sure that I understood the importance of my need to treat my ankle at home. The staff is very professional and caring.

He knew right away what the problem was and gave me recommendations on how to improve my condition. He is very patient and personable. The office staff was friendly and took all sanitation precautions in regards to covid19. Dr. O'Malley was friendly and provided excellent information about my Achilles tendonitis. He was optimistic about being able to help. He also took precautions with anti inflammatory medications because of my elevated blood pressure. Overall, I had a great visit and I highly recommend Dr. O'Malley.

I went to Dr. O'Malley for foot pain. I love his approach. Started with giving me some understanding to the issue and some great recommendations to start with. He provided me with a future direction if that path is necessary. He is very personable. I totally trust his opinion and have faith that I am on the mend!

I have been to orthopedic doctors before but Dr O’MALLEY is by far the best. Very kind, takes time to hear what you have to say and gave the best advice and medical treatment to heal the pain I was having in my foot.

I have seen Dr. O'Malley on several occasions and I find him to be very competent as well as a good listener. Also find he does not rush his patients through, which to me is important. I would highly recommend him.

Dr. O'Malley was great, he asked specific questions, he listened and then offered some advice to improve the situation that was cost worthy to me. I also was thinking I might need some surgery but that now appears to not be the case as long as I do the exercises and stretches for my ankle. First-time visit and I plan to continue to use him in the future.

Referred to Dr. Robert O'Malley by my primary care Doctor. First visit to office Doctor and staff very nice, professional and caring. Did surgery on my right foot September 8, 2017 without any problems. Has recommended Dr. O'Malley to other family members.

My grandson's pediatrician referred us to Dr. O'Malley. The pediatrician told us he was well respected by colleagues and he would be candid about a condition and he would design a plan that would be practical, proficient, substantive as well as economical. Trusting our pediatrician we met with Dr. O'Malley this morning and he was kind, informative, made my grandson laugh and won us over with his skills, knowledge, and down to earth advice! He was magic! He is truly a 10 star professional!

Dr. O'Malley is very knowledgeable, friendly, and patient oriented. He spends enough time with me to answer all my concerns and make recommendations.

Asked questions, didn't assume, tailored the treatment plan accordingly based on other ongoing issues and what has already been tried. Seemed knowledgeable and willing to answer questions.

Dr. O'Malley has to be one of the most personable physicians I've worked with. He is very patient and caring, & genuinely makes himself readily accessible at any time. I had hammertoe on 2 toes on each foot at the same time. This was my 1st procedure and had extreme anxiety & wasn't an easy patient to have. He did an excellent job with the procedure & gave me his personal cell # should I need anything. He & his staff have been very patient, understanding & have gone above & beyond.

Dr. O'Malley is down to earth and realizes that his patients are real people with lives and busy schedules. Also, I like how he communicates and gives options letting the patient decide what they want to do after being given these options.

I have already recommended Dr. O'Malley to several friends and family members.

Dr. O'Malley is a caring doctor who is genuinely interested in providing excellent care for his patients. He takes time to explain all options and does not rush you out the door. He has a great personality and makes you feel at ease. I would not hesitate to recommend him to friends and family.

Dr. Bob O'Malley is the best podiatrist I've known. My son was in danger of losing his foot and Dr. Bob saved it. When we went before a Social Security judge for Medicare, Dr. Bob wrote a five page letter explaining how diabetes has taken its toll. Not only is the best practitioner I've ever known, but now he is a friend and treats everyone as family. We love him. His staff is wonderful too and knows my son by name. Again, family.

Dr. O'Malley spends as much time with you as you need by answering your question and addressing any concerns. The staff is friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Dr. O'Malley to anyone who needs a foot and or ankle specialist.

Dr O'Malley is personable with patients and knowledgeable about his practice. He goes the second mile to facilitate assistance. I have already recommended him to several friends.

I have been a patient of Dr. O'Malley since July, 2008. I had just lost my left foot and ankle to a staff infection that had gone into the bone. Doctors were worried about my right foot, so Dr. O'Malley was called in to treat that foot. For eight years, Dr. O'Malley has taken care to protect that foot and ankle. He is quite knowledgeable and is well versed in current treatments. Dr. O'Malley also checks with his patients to make sure that their diabetes is in check. Exceptional doctor!

Dr. O'Malley is a class act & an excellent podiatrist. I highly recommend.
