Dr. Norris spent a good amount of time explaining my son's MRI results. He took great care of him and us. Answered all our questions we had and explained them in a way that anyone could understand. I would definitely recommend him to friends.

Very unhappy with his professional manner in regards to interaction with my 15 year old daughter. He was condescending to her, told her she was wrong in what she was feeling and experiencing, and said everything was in her head. He then proceeded to tell me that all the specialists my daughter has seen in the past were wrong and that I had blindly bought into their labels. My daughter left feeling as if she had been reprimanded for lying, rudely treated, disrespected and insulted, and mocked.

I am a middle aged female recreational runner. I saw this provider for a hamstring injury for 2 years. He never ordered any imaging. When another provider finally ordered some it revealed not only a hamstring injury but a stress fracture. Dr. Norris said that they had done a disservice to me. He also explained that I was getting older and these types of things were to expected and then suggested I consider an antidepressant to deal with this. The only thing I considered was getting the heck out of there and going to a real sports medicine physician. I am finally running again. The whole practice should be shut down for the evil that happened there and the cover ups for pedophile Larry Nassar!

Dr Noris treated my son in a manner which showed his concern with the total athlete. He looked at the sore knee and saw at was caused by a twisted vertebra.
