I called this office to ask about a loved one being seen after leaving the ER twice with only a referral to a pulmonologist. The receptionist was rude and unsympathetic towards my concerns when I stated to her what exactly our ER visit resulted in. She treated me as if I was ignorant for even calling to ask about an appointment after I stated we’d been referred to a specialist. Plus because we were seen at St. David and not Ascension, I was told they wouldn’t even consider him as a referral without first looking carefully at his discharge papers and it had to be extremely specific that he was being referred out. Which it did and I explained that. I get covid has worn out out healthcare systems but you just don’t treat people as she treated me especially when I gave her reason to. I couldn’t even get past her to know what the doctor is like. I can’t imagine he’s any better with a staff member like that. Twelve years ago Dr. Morrison saved my son’s life. Not only that, but he communicated with me every morning while my son was unconscious and on life support in a clear, unsentimental but compassionate way. He is the reason my son lived and I will be forever grateful.

Almost impossible to get in touch with, referred me for a sleep study and after 2 weeks, still no follow-up

Robert Morrison is extremely thorough and detailed in his diagnoses and recommendations. He found a problem I had incidentally while looking at a chest ex ray thAt was normal. Highly recommend this practice!

Dr. Morrison has helped me tremendously with my lung issues. He is extremely thorough and listens to everything I have to say every time I am there. I may have been in his office for 3 hours in one day, but it was because he was dedicated to finding a solution and diagnosis for me when other pulmonologists were not able to.

They do not turn off the answering service when they get back from lunch. I have been trying to call them for well over an hour! Unprofessional!!
