Iâm so glad heâs back in Big Flats!! You will never find a better doctor than Dr. Madden, he does everything possible to help his patients and to correctly figure out your issues and fix it to the best of his ability! Very knowledgeable and litterally the only doctor that wonât just put u on pills and kick u out the door!!! Bed side manners are also better than any doctor Iâve ever been to!!

I have had Dr Madden as my pain management doctor for 20 plus years. He has always treated me with respect and care that improves my quality of life. I would highly recommend him to anyone with back, hip, neck, or pretty much any chronic pain. I never worry about the treatments he recommends. He always has your best interest in mind.

I have had sciatic nerve pain for over 20 years down a leg that reduces activities I love. Pain relief for me is through injections in my spine that take a few minutes. Due to changes in employment and insurance coverage, I have had to use several local pain management physicians. Dr. Madden is the best because the results he gets for me are far, far superior.
