Dr Leposavic has golden hands that work miracles on the skin. Very highly recommended.

Dr Leposavic, & staff are very Professional! Dr Leposavic is an excellent dermatologist, I would say the best in Santa Barbara county... I've been under his care for 20 + years..

Some of the poor reviews are from years ago at Sansum Clinic...Been going to him for 8 years. Followed him from Sansum. Dont mistake confidence for arrogance. This guy is good and has a light spirit. Live him! He found a sarcoma csncer in my leg other doctors iverlooked.

He was pompous & uncaring. Told jokes to the staff during my mohs surgery. Never came back to suture or tell me results. I would never return to him.

February 2021. Doctor and Assistant Professional. Staff does not return calls to schedule appointment. Spoke directly to staff member and two messages in 5 day period. NO return call. Needed medical evaluation soner than later.

Dr. Leposavic did a scar revision on my forehead from a car accident, he recommended that I use kelo cote to help the scar heal up better. It’s only been 2 months since I’ve had it done and it looks a lot better then before. After a year it won’t even be noticeable. I had 3 other big cuts on my forehead and they weren’t healing up near as good as this one in this short amount of time. He's a good guy and a great doctor. I wouldn't go anywhere else, especially for the MOS procedure. Lux Dermatology is ?? better than Sansum!

He was kind and easy to talk to. He knows how to do his job and he’s confident in doing so!

Dr. Leposavic and his staff were a wonderful team. My kudos also goes to G.G., Sylvia and Blankca. They all were outstanding! It was absolutely refreshing watching them interact, I admit with a very critical eye due to past bad experiences and having worked in the medical field for many years myself - and therefore from the "old school" -, I was impressed how intensively I was listened to and treated as a patient in general. Everyone seemed to take their work seriously and were very efficient. They were ethical and professional to the highest degree which I so much needed and appreciated. Coming with this provider it's been so good all my questions where answer with good answers he did some biopsy. I like the treatment I will be back in 3 weeks for my biopsy results good experience I will recommend him with my husband as well.

Dr. VanGronignen is good and a nice guy. schedule is always behind, but 15 minutes was way better than the hour long delay last time.

I have had nothing but fantastic redults with Dr. He has caught several cancers of which I was totally unaware. He patiently listens to my concerns snd then takes care of what does need doing with great skill and SPEED. I cannot even tell where he removed a malignancy from the bridge of my nose, even with having to remove cartilage. Performed a MOHS on my eyelid and did a fine job.

Outstanding work, thorough, always listens to patient, caught some serious skin damage requiring MOHS procedure which he performed flawlessly

From my experience, there is nothing positive to write about my visit with him, and I really wish that I'd taken the time to research him prior to scheduling an appointment. (I was referred from my PCP, who will also be getting some feedback on him.) He was 40 minutes late to the appointment, and then had me out in less that 10 minutes. I was there for a few different skin issues, and his patience ran out after the first one. I would not recommend this arrogant ___ to anyone, unless you feel like taking an hour out of your day to contribute to his appointment quota at Sansum. Seriously, find another dermatologist - I will be doing so, as I have zero confidence is his findings.
