Dr. Robert W. Heydrich

I was sent to Dr. Richard Heydrich for a consolation.Before I was allowed to see the Dr. They took 6 x-rays of my one tooth then said I need a cat scan of my mouth to better evaluate the tooth. The Dr came in and said the tooth needs to be pulled and said...SORRY WE DON'T DO THAT ! Charged me $623 for nothing. This place is a assembly line of thief's not a Doctor's office. And 1st off I was sent to him from his friend Dr. Stienkamp who said I need a root canal and he doesn't do that.he charged me $67 . So I spent $690 and didn't get any service or relief from pain.... Don't go to this corrupt place if you're smart ....

Dr. Geri was extremely informative, gentle, and efficient! The staff was extremely helpful and attended to all my needs precisely and in a very timely manner. My visit was pleasant even though it was for a root canal. I highly recommend this place !

Had a root canal done and I have to say it was the BEST dental experience I’ve ever had and I’m a tooth grinder with a mouth full of gold and porcelain crowns so I’m a Qualifed expert????... Doctor was fantastic as well as his Assistant ! Took no time at all and very professional and congenital and the price was fine!!! Will be returning when the next 35 year old crown goes bad... Dr. Gari was absolutely amazing, as well as his assistant Liz! They performed a root canal on one of my upper molars, which left me completely satisfied. They explained each and every step prior to executing, so there were no surprises. In addition, they both exhibited a very professional bedside manner along with genuine care and compassion. I was very pleased with my whole experience from the moment I checked in at the front desk to the moment I checked out. They also went above and beyond following the Covid CDC guidelines. I felt completely safe and protected. And the best part of it all is that I didn't experience any pain after the numbness subsided hours later! I was very nervous about my root canal, dr Gari was not only extremely understanding but his patience and gentle attitude really helped me get past it. The whole staff were wonderful, and I would highly recommend them. Dave

I still do not believe that I had a root canal done. I mean, zero pain! Nothing! Nada! I don't know what alien tools they are using over there but Dr. Gari was AMAZING! Everyone was great from the doctor to the staff and nobody rolled their eyes when I acted like a little girl. Thank you, sincerely.

The office is very clean, and the office staff were very friendly and helpful. Dr. Heydrich and his assistant Liz made me feel at ease and was calming. This is my second time having a root canal with them and I am very pleased. Very little pain. Your office is the best.

This place is the absolute best! Dr Heydrich clearly explains everything and walks you through their process. Throughout the procedure the dr and assistant are constantly monitoring your wellbeing. Dr Heydrich is a down to earth person and professional. I am glad I found this place!

Friendly, professional and fast! Had a root canal done on #14 and, while not painless, was reasonable. I almost want to have another tooth go bad so I can get ANOTHER root canal here!!

Edgewater Endodontics is a first class organization. Robert Heydrich DMD, Ms was outstanding during the procedure explaining every step of the Root Canal. I walked away with without ANY PAIN!! The entire staff at Edgewater Endodontics goal was to provide each patient the best service that could be provided! You can trust them!!!

Dr Heydrich was very gentle. He and his staff answered all my questions and made sure I understood everything. They actually made a root canal comfortable.

Just had my first root canal ever about three hours ago here, may I say well done. Everyone I have talked to has told me how bad it is getting a root canal done. I had two procedures done at Edgewater, a root canal, and oral surgery that took 7 sutures. Dr. Heydrich and his staff were so comforting during both that I fell asleep in the middle of it, and I am an insomniac. Dr Heydrich and his staff gave me so much information I needed before and after both procedures and spoke to me in layman terms so I didn’t feel stupid not knowing Dental vocabulary. They are very Veteran friendly and always thanked me for my Army service even though that is not necessary. It is also worth mentioning how clean and sanitary the waiting room is as well as the rest of the clinic. It just feels like the right place to be. The confidence they show as a team is very reassuring, and that’s what everyone looks for during dental work. I was sent to this office from my primary dentist at 3:30 in the afternoon because I was told they could fit me in. I was told by my primary I needed a touch up root canal. My previous root canal was failing and needed to be redone. I went in knowing it would be around $1200 or maybe a bit more and fully was ready to pay it. Instead I waited an hour, then had another an X-ray taken which I sort of expected by this office. (why they could not have gotten the X-ray I just had done an hour earlier from my primary I don't know.) But then the Dr. came in and looked at the x-ray and tapped on my tooth for one minute and said we should take another X-ray just to be sure. So the assistant explains the consultation was $99 the X-Ray is $21 and the better X-ray is $240.00. So now we are way over $300. So $99 for a consult I did not need because I already knew I needed a root canal. Thanks captain obvious! But for $240 more you can really tell me I need one. That sound even better. NO THANKS. So I ask well are we at least going to do the root canal today? Oh no this is just a consultation and that's it. We cant do the root canal today. So I should spend $350 on a consult and X-rays and your going to let me walk out in pain. This is just awesome. I could have went home after the last Doctor office for free. Instead I get to waste $120.00 ( I did not get the 2nd X-Ray) and 2 hours of my day. I wont be going back. They could have had my business. It was a done deal. But trying to pad the bill for $350.00 and then tell me to go home and come back another day? This is poor business. Doctors should be paid for there time and expertise. But this is flat out theft. I paid $120 for NOTHING and tried for more. Next time someone I referred to your practice for a root canal, do the root canal. Not a song and dance for hundreds of dollars with no intention of helping that person when they needed it. I would just like to say that my dentist office called this morning and Dr. Hendrich's staff got me in today. I have never had a root canal in my whole life, so I didn't know what to expect. Everyone in the office was kind and understanding. They did the job in a very professional manner. I felt comfortable the way they handled the whole procedure. Christine was very sweet and soothing.
