Bob Girardi is an amazing dentist and wonderful human. He will always do what is best and cost-effective for you.
They were very unhelpful with an appointment made for my daughter. They promised to confirm with her directly the appointment but never did. Finally called me 10 minutes after start time of appointment to announce it was too late for her to come in when we are just down the street. How about calling me "before the appointment" if there was confusion or uncertainty and you never spoke to my daughter (like you promised) regarding her appointment which she did not even make? Now they are charging $80 for a no-show. Very unhelpful. Stay away unless you like to throw money away. They were very unhelpful with an appointment made for my daughter. This is a small office. They called me to confirm my daughters appointment. I asked them to call my daughter directly to confirm her own appointment (she is an adult). They agreed to call her but never did. They call me 10 minutes after her appointment start time and said it is too late for her to come in even though my daughter offered to drive right over. The insisted they called and insisted my daughter was lying even though I have a record of all her calls.
My wife and I have been patients of Dr. Girardi for over six years. Very professional, caring and we are always seen on time. He fit me for a "mouth guard" due to my teeth grinding at night and now my wife is happy my "snoring" has stopped. We will soon bring in my young daughter for all her dental needs.
