DO NOT GO TO THIS MAN! He will BURN you up!!! He burned my mother so badly she ended up with some rare type of skin cancer on her breast. He burned a friend of mine so badly her skin disintegrated. Do yourself a favor and stay away. I honestly don't know how he still has a medical license.

He was willing to discuss multiple alternatives with me and say it was my decision based on the facts he had given me. He provided good information and was willing to answer questions. I saw another radiation oncologist who was just the opposite of Dr. Franklin and who insisted there was only one alternative and was unwilling to even discuss alternatives to me.
