As arrogant as they come We’ve all met arrogant Dr.s but this is off the charts. The worse customer service experience I’ve ever had. The entire staff takes their cue from him. Awful experience. I was terribly sick and he was only concerned with my attitude or my lack of deference. I was left in my room with no communication. He didn’t listen to my symptoms or their duration and only wanted to rush to his bag of tests. He insisted that I kiss his ring. When you’re sick enough to be in an emergency room and this guy is the only one who can help you, it’s a truly frightening ordeal.

Horrible dr. Went in with my wife who's african American and pregnant. She's been having back pain went in and he dismissed her completely weverything she said was oh it's just pregnancy pains but she can barely walk and sit. She has to lay in a lL shape. She had Lower back pain and he put his finger in the spot where her pain was and hurt her even more. He was aggressive and in her face like he knew what was wrong. He left and never returned to the room to talk to us gagain. Worst experience ever.
