Love love love my doctor! Dr. Ficula is soooooo kind, soooooooo pleasant, great bedside manners, great communication, he goes over everything in detail, he shows that he cares about all of his patients. He is also my husband's doctor as well. My husband had a triple bypass surgery in 2019 and since his heart attack, Dr. Ficula has been all in with him and his front office, Ms. Sharon is a doll, she's the sweetest front desk clerk I've every met. i use Dr. Ficula at Heartplace Red Oak. He is always thourough and has never failed me yet.

Excellent heart doctor, he takes the time to listen to you and helps you understand what is going on with you.

I had a great experience with Dr Ficula and his staff today.

Dr. Ficula takes the time to explain everything and for you to ask as many questions as you need. The staff are great and helpful.

Love everyone there. From the receptionist, Shannon and throughout the office everyone is so nice. Dr. Ficula is very patient and answers all my questions. Spends as much time as I need with him.

I first saw Dr. Ficula in November of 2018 due to an irregular EKG. He tested everything and found I had a faulty heart valve. This year has been extremely stressful, I was diagnosed with stage 3 kidney disease and my blood pressure was out of control. He worked hard to get my insurance company to approve the needed tests to get me back to feeling like myself again. I truly appreciate all that Dr. Ficula and his staffs have done for me. Heart Place in Red Oak is a very warm and welcoming facility showing great kindness and consideration to their patients. I was very impressed with how well Dr. Ficula listened to all my questions and answered every one of them. He gave me his full attention and never once made me feel rushed.

Dr. Ficula and his staff are always professional, courteous and listen to you. They don't rush you through the appointment. I had grave concerns over Governor Abbott's mask mandate. I am a firm believer in leaving my safety in the hands of scientists and medical professionals. My life is my paramount concern; not the economy; without my health, everything else is secondary. Dr. Ficula took time to reassure me that his office would still follow the guidelines of the CDC. That made me feel valued as a patient and human being. I've been seeing Dr. Ficula for four years. He's great. He explains things well, has a great sense of humor and is kind and patient. I recommend him if you are looking for a cardiologist. The HeartPlace office has everything you'll need for testing, too. Easy to park. The staff is great too.

I really love how Dr. Ficula understood my needs & concerns. He was great at explaining what would happen & how & answered all my questions. I'm very happy I found Dr. Ficula! He is very knowledgeable! He encourages you to ask questions and he really listens to what you are saying! I really like that at the end of my visit I received a summary that had everything we discussed on it. Great Doctor!

I was referred to Dr. Ficula by a friend and I'm glad I took his advice. Dr. Ficula took the time to help me understand my heart condition and how we can make it better. After evaluating my heart and making some changes to my medications, I'm feeling and doing much better! Dr. Ficula and his staff are GREAT!

Dr. Ficula really cares and it shows! He is very caring and really listens! He helped me understand my heart condition and my high blood pressure and how we can make it better. He explained the medications I was on and helped me understand what I needed to do to get better and feel better. I'm glad I found Dr. Ficula! He also has a wonderful and helpful staff!

All went fine with Dr Ficula until I wanted real answers to my questions in regards to test results. I read the Patient Summary which is provided to you when you are leaving his office. When I reached out for more details regarding his medical verbage in the report, he became somewhat hostile and wanted to record me. Didnt know asking or clarifying your health concerns was out of line... but it sure is with this Dr. I will never go back.

Dr. Ficula is a wonderful person, as well as a knowledgeable and skilled cardiologist. From the moment I first met him as a patient, I knew that he was a good doctor--kind and down to earth. Unlike some cardiologists I have personally encountered, Dr. Ficula does not have an arrogant attitude or treat his patients like idiots. I highly recommend him to anyone who needs a cardiologist.

Dr. Ficula AND his staff are top notch! A few weeks ago I had an issue that needed to be addressed by a cardiologist. A friend of mine referred me to Dr. Ficula. I am so glad I took her advice. Everything from scheduling the appt to the follow up phone calls was best in class! I would definitely recommend Dr. Ficula! Not only does he do a very good job but his staff is also very helpful and caring!

Dr. Ficula is extremely knowledgeable and was very successful at relaying information at a level that I could easily understand. He took the time to answer all my questions without making me feel rushed. You know this is a very important time in my life. I'm getting a little older, 60 is coming up fast. I wanted a professional who could look at my heart health and give me recommendations on how to get the most out of an active life style. I found Dr. Ficula.Thank you for the thorough testing!

Dr. Ficula is one of the best! He is very knowledgeable and it shows. He takes the time to explain things in a way you can understand. You can tell he really cares about his patients!
