I got to Upstate E.R By ambulance with my mother and we have been in this Waiting area for 13 hours. No exaggeration. And counting. We are still waiting while I'm writing this review. We were sent to the E.R because my mother has a bad open infection underneath her foot. She is in need of antibiotics, x-rays, and anything else that will make sure that my mother doesn't loose her foot. She is Diabetic and not once have they came to check if she was ok. If she needed any water or anything. Also it is hard for my mother to walk. And she is in a wheelchair. She had to use the bathroom and when I asked if maybe they had a bigger bathroom that the wheelchair would fit in or a walker so she could possibly walk with they just looked at me and told me NO. What hospital doesn't have a walker? They also didn't help when I tried to take her to the bathroom myself. 3/10/2022 @1:18 a.m. my mother is freezing cold. And sleeping In wheelchair for the past 13 hours. Signed an Angry Daughter.
