Dr. Robert Frank Coleman

I recently took my mother for "routine care" during which her toenails would be clipped by Dr. Coleman. On the third toe, she jumped, winced, and squealed at the obvious pain. He never acknowledged this or apologized for unnecessarily hurting her (this was toenail clipping after all). He proceeded to cause her to jump, wince, and scream at least three more times without comment and without the smile ever leaving his face. In retrospect, we definitely should have walked out mid procedure. When we left (without any apology or even acknowledgement of harm), my mother's toe was bleeding, she was "furious," and we will certainly never be back to that office.

Dr. Coleman is one of a kind! Extremely personable and such a funny guy. I had an ingrown toenail that he removed and I was beyond nervous. He talked me through the entire procedure and did an amazing job. Will for sure be returning. Greenville, any of your podiatry needs, come to Dr. Coleman!

He takes excellent care of my 94 year old mother in law. Good follow-up for her foot and nail problems.

Dr. Coleman is very rough and left my mom with cuts on her cuticles and tops of toes. A nail salon does a better job. Staff at the front seem so unhappy with their jobs. Nurses are great!

Dr. Coleman and staff are always kind, caring and helpful.

Closed without notifying me of cancellation. When I called upon arrival, the office said they were closed for weather. However, the roads were clear all day, except for rain.

Dr. Coleman was excellent. He treated my foot issue and was very thorough in explaining the issues and how he would treat the issue. He gave multiple options and made sure I understood. He is very knowledgeable and friendly, does not seem like a rushed experience. I highly recommend Dr. Coleman. He even wrote me a reference I needed for another appointment at a clinic for something else. Fantastic! Thanks Dr. Coleman. - Matt

So very thankful for this group. Caring, professional team who go above and beyond to help my 96 year old Mother, and me! Highly recommend Dr. Coleman, Melinda, and Stephanie for their patient care and "bedside" manner. Everyone was very kind and helpful from check in to check out--all the way to our car! Thanks to Dr Thomas Jones I may live longer and see my grandchildren grow!! I went to see him due to severe pain and discoloration in my foot thinking that it might have something to do with surgery he had performed several years ago. He examined and xrayed my foot and found that it was not related to the surgery, but he didn't stop there. He listened to the pulse in both feet and thought it may be a lack of circulation. His office referred me to a vascular doctor and had me there within 15 minutes. Tests were done and it was determined that I do indeed have a blockage somewhere. I am scheduled to have an angioplasty on Monday morning. I am very lucky to have this warning before having a heart attack or stroke. Dr Jones even personally called to check on me and those test results. I will forever be grateful to him and would definitely recommend his practice to anyone needing foot care!!!
