Dr. Catanese evaluated me on my physician's referral because of my concerns. I was beginning to forget everything and was extremely worried I was developing dementia. It was a hard day of brain work, but so worth the time and energy. Very beneficial! I didn't like the test results but feel sure they are accurate. Having the facts has helped me work around my lack of focus. I found his explanations easy to understand and on target!

Without seeing Dr. Catanese I would not have known I have a deficit on my right side of the brain. His testing helped me understand what was going on in my day to day problems at work. Thanks to all of his staff who were friendly, kind and helpful. Gayle H

My father (82 years of age) was having cognitive issues which the neurologist thought could be related to either Parkinson’s or dementia after reviewing an MRI, but was unwilling to “hang either diagnosis on him without a neuropsych evaluation. We were thankful to get excellent results with cognitive testing. The doctors were able to trace the cognitive decline to another medication and make appropriate changes.

Please do not go or take your loved ones to this man! He is horrible! Dr Catanese makes his own assumptions and is very rude and condescending. I was literally at the end of my rope when he accused me of falsifying my test for disability. I walked in desperate to find out why my short term memory was gone and left there feeling like I must be crazy as well. At the point, I lost all hope of finding help!! I wanted to die! I can't express to you how horrible this experience was!

I recommend Dr. Catanese very highly. Extremely skilled, knows what he is talking about, etc. Initially saw in August 2015, after memory issues caused me to seek out neuropsychological testing. He wanted to test me a year later to determine if my autism had anything to do with the results or if anything else was taking place. After testing in August 2016, I was pleased with the quality of his analysis. Understanding of people with various disabilities. Seriously recommend to others.
