Dr. Carpenter is awesome.. been there twice to have my wisdom teeth extracted. He is super knowledgeable and nice answers every concern!! Love his staff as well. Kuddos to them.

I wish I could give 0 stars but unfortunately that’s not an option. He doesn’t even deserve the one star. Their office is horrible. I’ve been lied to several times. Getting a simple wisdom teeth with sedation authorization approved is a nightmare. Which I know they know how as they did it a year ago. To make me pay $90 for someone in TX to read an x-ray and yet it’s been almost two months and no results!!! When speaking with my insurance company about the authorization they said that Dr. Carpenters office has submitted the claim for payment when they haven’t done the work yet. It’s terrible that the manager doesn’t know how to return a phone call. I would call their corporate office but apparently they don’t have one. This place is a disgrace. I will be telling EVERYONE I know to NOT go to this practice as they are liars and thieves.

Dr. Carpenter was great talked me through my procedure with my wisdom teeth I was very nervous going in but once I understood and dr being very sweet and understanding I had the best experience for my first oral surgery procedure!!! I didnt know what options were out there to replace teeth. I didnt want to have a gap in my smile. Dr. Carpenter thoroughly explained the steps of replacing a tooth. The extraction of the tooth causing me pain was done swiftly and pain free. Shortly after i returned to get my tooth implant placed. Extraordinary care was portrayed and I now have a full smile without gaps.

Dr. Carpenter is a great oral surgeon. He is very easy going and explained the whole process answering all of my questions. The Dr. and the staff made me feel comfortable during the whole process. I totally recommend Dr. Carpenter and West valley endodontics and oral surgery for your oral surgery needs. Such an amazing office and team.
