Very unprofessional. I scheduled months in advance for my appo. Inhave referred several people for eye bfow microblading and I was refused my appointmenf when I left 2.5 hrs early for appt. Loss wages and didn't get my services. Nothing they felt needed to be done to help myself and my loss time all because there offics scheduled me wrong. He has helped me with hand issues. Cyst in my wrist and arthritis in my thumbs. Very great doctor and staff. Definitely a great doc at what he dies

Dr Carpenter and his staff are very knowledgeable and professional. I trusted that his surgical knowledge, skill and experience would provide a safe and desired result. The procedure was explained thoroughly and he and his staff answered every question asked. While I'm only 2 months post-op; so far my results are as explained and expected and I have had zero complications. All follow-up care has been excellent as well. You have more choices in Cumberland, MD that just Dr, Carpenter. If your doctor refers you to someone for hand issues or Carpal Tunnel surgery, don't just go with the flow, ask to see someone different. All the physicians and clinics in the area seem to only refer patients to Dr. Carpenter as if he's the only one in town that can handle what you need. I had a very bad experience with Dr. Carpenter and his staff and instead found Dr. Emme Jackson. She is amazing and is such a nice person.

Dr. Carpenter made life altering changes for me. I'm thankful for him everyday. He has been a blessing in my life. Very caring, trusting, and genuine.
