Dr Robert Brown has done a fantastic job correcting my deviated septum.I cannot recommend him enough.From consultation, surgery and aftercare he has been amazing and the whole team were brilliant. I am now almost 2 months post op and it has healed well and now I can breath so much better!!! Thank you :-)

To everyone out there wondering how an ENT doctor can perform cosmetic surgery on your nose and do a great job. I was so fortunate to find Dr. Robert Brown after consulting with Dr. Sutton Graham’s staff about having my nose corrected after a botch surgery about 25 years ago. They recommend Dr. Brown. I looked him up and couldn’t understand how an ENT does cosmetic work also. A few years passed and I met a woman who recently had work done on her nose by Dr. Brown. When I found out who had worked on her I called and made a consultation appointment the following week. I am currently about 1 month post surgery. I can’t put into words how beautiful I feel with the masterful work Dr. Brown did on my nose. It is so perfectly smooth and I still look like me! My entire experience was awesome. His staff answered any questions I had leading up to surgery. On the day of my surgery I knew I was in good hands so my nervousness was minimal. Recovery was so easy. My nose didn’t have to be rebroken so that helped. I had very minimal pain. One week post surgery I was able to attend my stepdaughter’s graduation without feeling or looking weird. My only regret is that I didn’t do this much sooner. I hope this review will help anyone to take the leap in living your best life. I saw Dr Brown on Wednesday September the 12th. I was advised I have allergies, a deviated septum, and mucus retention cyst. I returned to work with restrictions on dust and solvents to find out they couldn't accommodate me. I went back by his office to discuss being placed on short term because of this until the surgery and was told that it would be done. I get a call on Friday that tells me he won't do the paperwork because another person is doing the surgery and he won't either until he sees me. I now have cover my time at work because of this and have the restrictions lifted and do the best I can. I'm completely shocked considering he's the best in the area from what I read but this was handled very unprofessional. I was referred to Dr. Brown through another surgeon who caused harm during a simple procedure. The reason I was referred was in hopes Dr. B could fix a portion of my septum that now had extra scar tissue. Dr. B. in person, is a nice man. I was thrilled to have surgery for what I thought would address my reason for being there. WRONG! Woke up from surgery to find that he shaved the bridge of my nose and left the scar tissue UNTOUCHED! Mind you that was $2700. I was told when I woke up that I would now need 3rd surgery to have what I came in for fixed. The emotional shock was just as devastating as the original surgery that deformed my nose was. I waited a year post surgery to get the best healing in as possible and financially recover from the surgery that was in my opinion, pointless. I met with Dr. B AGAIN to readdress my desire to have this scar tissue removed. I was contacted by the office for the cost of the surgery and scheduled the date for my 3rd procedure. This was on the books for 3 months. During that time they changed the date on me, which caused me and my friend to have to change our dates off work. Two nights before surgery I had yet to hear from anyone about payment, so I called GHS to inquire. I was told I would be called back in 10 minutes. It was not till the next day (which was the day before surgery) that I heard back. Come to find out...the 823.quote I was given was wrong, it was 1800, which now doubled the cost because GHS's portion bumped it to 3800! WFT! I was asked at that time to pay the full amount. OUT OF SHOCK I SAID NO! Then they told me they could do payments. But less than 24hrs before surgery, being told I would now have to pay double the amount was still shocking enough to say no to payments. I was also told by the office manager I would be called back that night after he spoke with Dr. B. about possibly doing this procedure in office and I was not. I HAD TO CALL THE NEXT DAY (day of surgery) to simply ask for my medical records. No one called to apologize or remedy the situation. This is an UNPROFESSIONAL staff who caused so many mistakes. I now am a week out of work for time I took off for a surgery that did not happen thanks to them and their careless mistakes. My friend also changed dates off work twice for nothing. In the end I am having to have a 3rd surgery and find a new doctor with a competent staff. Don't waist your time or money with this office. Dr. Brown did a great job of repairing my nose from being broken and opened up my airways to assist with sleep apnea. Thank You!!!

I am so extremely blessed to have Dr.Brown as my surgeon. I don’t know where to even begin...professional easy to understand friendly SO CARING his work is amazing. I have total trust in his! His staff if THE VERY BEST ANYWHERE! wow what an unbelievable Doctor and his totally fantastic office personal. The PAs that work for DrBrown are So caring and knowledgeable. I love this Doctor!! I had a severe deviated septum, enlarged turbinates, and a bump in my nose from a fracture. I was referred you Dr. Brown and felt very confident about his ability to help me. I was a little concerned about having my reshaped by an ENT, but I trusted that Rob could do the job as he specializes in facial plastic surgery. While my nose is still congested post-operation, I am THRILLED with the look of my new nose. And my breathing continues to improve by the day. I HIGHLY recommend Rob!!!

Dr.Brown is loved by my son and entire family for helping and doing all he can over several years now and three nose surgery’s he has performed on my son . Due to another doctors let’s say least surgery , w has caused my son years of migraines , sleep test . Apnea , pain lots of pain for years now he had first when he was baby for nose bleeds supposed to have been . That Doc broke his nose ! Now being 16 in March he has been put under four times and all these nose problems bc of it . I personnanlt feel without judgment Brown has done his best to help my son the he can . Cared as if he was his child . Yes it’s always different behind closed doors , but I pray and truly believe his done best he can for my son and helped him .
