Some doctors have such a beautiful bedside manner there aren't words to describe it, that is Dr. Bowen. His capacity of knowledge on all the latest and greatest in the industry always blows my mind. Absolutely brilliant. His staff follows suit. From product knowledge, to treatment facilitation, I have always had wonderful experiences at this office and look forward to every visit.

This was my first time here, but it will not be my last! I had an amazing experience and will be back in 3 weeks! 11/19/21 Another great experience! My skin thanks you! 12/17/21 I had my 3rd treatment last week and I am blown away with my skin’s progress! Obsessed! 1/4/2022 I had an express facial with Shelby today and it was AMAZING! It might be cold and dry outside, but my skin is happy and refreshed! I had my first appointment with Susan and she is incredible! UPDATE: After almost a full month of red light therapy sessions 3 times a week, I can't believe how much better I'm feeling. My overall joint and muscle pain has almost totally subsided. I'm noticing improved sleep (sleep score in 80s when had been 60s), and I'm far more energetic. To me, this is a must try. I must also emphasize the amazing staff--they are truly wonderful ❤️ Previous: I've begun a red light therapy at Dr. Bowen's, and I'm very impressed. I've been doing research into it, and my son's medical student buddy told me to check out Dr. Bowen's. After only a few sessions, I have noticed benefits, so I'm eager to see what effect a month's worth will have. Everyone raves on the staff, and it is valid! They are truly exceptional. I was very pleased with my 1st Filler appointment today for my deep frown lines that really bothered me. It wasn't painful, it was pretty fast really with immediate results! I'm thrilled ! I was also explained in a very detailed & understandable way the how's & why's we age as we do. I inquired about other treatments I was interested in knowing more about & plan to schedule more services for the other areas that bother me. As a first time client. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. I asked about a few treatments and they explained them to me thoroughly. I had laser hair removal and they were gentle during the process. The gal kept making sure I was comfortable. I really respected the way they took care of me.

Responding to your lack of responsibility, the doctor guarantees 100% of the results in his own words, and I have zero results, not a 10 or 5%, zero results, and the minimum was to return my money. Very disappointed with the lack of professionalism. Firstly, I have to say the personnel in the Dr.'s office are amiable and very lovely. I had an Emsculpt Neo treatment for my belly fat with ZERO RESULTS (my body fat is only 14%; however, I was willing to pay that huge amount of money because I didn't want to lose weight or body mass, only the fat in my belly). In My first visit consultation, I was very excited as Dr. Bowen explained to me that I would have a reduction of 30% fat, get more muscle in my belly, and see the results in a month after the last treatment. I started with my treatment one week at a time. After my second- and third-week treatment (four-week treatment total), I explained to one of the practitioners that I hadn't seen any result. If that is normal, the practitioner responded that I should talk with the doctor; however, it was only my third treatment, and as the doctor said one month after the last, I thought that that should be ok. A month after the last treatment, I was supposed to take a photo to see the results, but the office was closed, and the next appointment was two months after the last treatment. After the second week of the previous treatment, I noticed that my belly was growing instead of reducing fat; I got panic and started a diet to try to lose the fat that I got after the treatment. I lost about four pounds, and my belly kind of went back to where I started. (When they took the first photo was afternoon, and the last photo was in the morning with an empty stomach, and they said that I had a reduction of 10% percent, and I told them that was not true because my stomach was empty, and the doctor confirmed that when he saw me. I explained to the doctor, and he said that there was no result and offered me liposuction, discounting the money that I had paid for the Emsculpt neo. I didn't want to go through that invasive procedure. Therefore, I asked for my money back as I had zero results which I think is fear when you pay for something and get nothing. They said they could not guarantee the result because it may vary from person to person, which I entirely agree with, but having zero results is another history. P.D., it has been more than three months since the last treatment, I have continued with my diet, and my belly is still the same, so be careful if you want to proceed with that treatment. Yet another pleasant experience at Dr Bowen’s office. His team is beyond knowledgeable and go above and beyond to make you feel welcome from the time you walk in, to the time you leave.

Staff is amazing made me feel comfortable. Answered all my questions and concerns. Highly recommend, definitely will be going back.

Today I received the diamond facial, we discussed BBL and Botox. The entire experience was pleasant. I’m ready to make my next appointment soon to achieve my goals of getting younger, healthier skin.

Dr Bowens office has been so great to me… They have helped with the acne on my face and hair removal due to PCOS. I highly recommend
