Dr. Balsiger was very patient, easy to talk to and very thorough during my visit. He has a great demeanor, while maintaining his professionalism. I’m very glad to be under his care.

This doctor is fraud don't waste your time and he doesn't answer questions he is a real scam they should fire him from the practice he is terrible I wouldn't send my dog to him.Go to Dr Mahajan he is the best and very caring also he is compassionate.

Excellent Neurologist! Listens well, takes time to answer your questions. Doesn't make you feel "rushed".

Dr. Balsiger is the best! Very knowledgeable and always takes his time with his patients.

I was a patient of Dr. Balsiger and it is impossible to contact his office. I have been trying since October and have left numerous phone messages on the answering machine because nobody ever answers their phone. I even have emailed the office numerous times. I have never received a return email or call. I was scheduled for an appointment in February and they canceled it until September even after I informed his staff my condition was worsening. Polite front office and back office Medical Assistants. Enjoyed the doctor as he was genuinely listening to my chief complaints and my history. Histories are at the core of good medicine. 4 stars....

Very pleasant experience! The office, staff and doctor were all exceptional. Dr. Balsiger was very easy to talk to about issues and seemed to really understand exactly what I am experiencing.

Both myself and my husband Bob were very impressed with Dr. Balsiger at my first appointment. He explained the results of the MRI that he ordered for me. He also explained what he thinks the next steps should be taken due to the symptoms that I am experiencing. He is also taking into account, my family history. He is very thorough, and yet he takes time to answer our questions . I would certainly recommend Dr. Balsiger to friends or family. My husband had appointment with Dr. Balsiger..everyone including front desk,nurses all very nice, respectful and professional. Dr.Balsiger very nice,listened to concerns,talked to us in a way we could understand about medical conditions,very pleased with this visit, pretty sure we found a great Dr.

I first saw Dr. Balsinger in August of 2021 at which time he requested a series of tests to diagnose the problem I am having. He ordered 4 MRI's, an EEG, an EMG an NCT and others. The last of the tests was completed September 7, 2021. I did not hear back from Dr. Balsinger and finally called in October of 2021 to ask when we could schedule an appointment to get the results of the tests. His office stated that our insurance authorization had expired which was why they had not contacted me. I advised them that had I know that that was the issue I could have requested another authorization. They informed me that the first available appointment they had was January 5, 2022. I received a call from his office today saying that they had to cancel the appointment and wanted to know if I wanted to reschedule. I informed them that of course I do want to reschedule and informed them that the latest insurance authorization is due to expire January 14, 2022. They were not able to comit to a new date for the appointment. I have paid almost $5000 in co-pays for all the tests that he ordered and to date have not been able to get the results. I am going to have my husband call tomorrow to try to get another appointment. As of this date they have done nothing to help me and appear to be indifferent.

Did not wait long. Dr came in and took time to evaluate me and explained everything to me, which I really appreciated!

Believe me when I say Dr Balsiger is one of the great ones! My father has Parkinson's & I have Epilepsy so I have seen nearly EVERY Neurologist here in Las Vegas. Dr Balsiger will make time for you always! Lately, I was having weird neurological symptoms & my next appt wasn't for 8wks. I just went to the office & Dr B fit me in. He sat talked w/me, did an exam, and we found a new treatment plan. Just to be safe, he ordered new tests & I have a new office visit 4 wks (w/option to call 4 earlier if I need). If you need a VERY COMPETENT, FRIENDLY and INTELLIGENT Neurologist go to Dr Balsiger. Just to say about COVID-19 protocol: b4 Covid his office was only 1 part of the 3rd floor & now it's the whole 3rd floor, they've taken to using more seating spacing, temperature taking, there's hand sanitizer everywhere, and it really is much safer than more offices.

Dr. B was my wifes Dr. at desert springs hospital for a long time.Always the most professional but with a huge helping of compassion and understanding! as much as i hated having my wife in the hospital everyday around 8am i would look forward to seeing him..my wife loved him!!!

Was a great experience to have a doctor listen to you for a change.

Everything was fine. Everyone was very professional and caring. Dr. Balsiger was great and very thorough.

Very friendly and sat down and talked to me and made me feel like he was truly interested in helping me. Not just in and out. Very few doctors make they patients feel that way.

First visit. Listened to concerns, recorded them. Made recommendation. So far so good.

Dr. Balsiger is excellent he prescribed me the medication needed to help control my seizures and get me back to a normal life. Thank you ????

Very pleasant visit with the Dr. and his assistants. He shows much care and concern for his patients. Very happy with the care I had today!

Staff was organized and efficient. Very short wait time. Dr. Balsinger seemed very thorough. I feel confident in his treatment plan.

This was my first visit to see my new Nuero Dr. So far seems to speak that he will be thorough to help me with my ongoing issues after 2 major brain surgeries donr by other doctors in the Las Vegas area. I'm helpful it will continue to be a good experience with him. My critical about seeing the same Dr an not being passed around the office? I'm sure when this is seen they will understand I've had past bad experiences at other offices so I like to be followed by the same Dr not many! It's impossible for many to know you as a patient. I prefer an want only one Dr too see me. My problems with my condition are complicated so need these to get resolved an get help to have a better quality of life! I live in chronic pain an it flares outta control I'm truly hopeful this office will help me as quickly as possible! I like the people that work there that treat you nice

The Dr was very nice so was the staff that helped me during appointment. I was seen close to my appointment time overall it was a great visit

Office staff are all in sync and super friendly. Dr. Balsiger is really nice, seems very knowledgeable, he asks questions to try and understand your symptoms for possible causes and he listens. Great experience!

Very nice Dr takes his time explains to you but an hour wait and you have to sit in the hallway to the Covid

I felt that he was knowledgeable but was misinformed as to the nature of my visit.

Dr. Bolsiger was polite and asked several questions to help me with my condition. The only negative thing I have about the process was that I felt rushed and was not able to ask questions.

I brought my daughter in for an EEG. The pre-check in online makes things a lot quicker. The process was simple and the man who administered the test was great! He explained everything and was really patient and kind. The only thing I would say is that we did have to wait a bit and it would have been nice to have the tv on or some music maybe. The appointment went fairly well, but the initial pre-paper work could have been done by computer, prior to my attending the office, and saved time. The prescription for Vimpat which probably will work great is far to expensive, at almost $1000 per month, and not covered by my medical insurance; so a different medication is needed and was requested from the docto'rs nurse assistant. i am awaiting a response, since i need a new medication. I also requested that the doctor call me so that i can clarify some of my statements which were incorrect, because i wasn't informed of the information, but my wife was. I was very Apprehensive about going to Las Vegas Neurology,but the Receptionists were very helpful and efficient.Dr Balsiger seemed to be concerned about my Medical History. Quick getting me in and out, informative , clean, nice office.

First time to this office so far went good .

Wasn’t thrilled about the wait but doctor and staff were very informative and through. I would recommend this physician for neurological needs.
