NOT ONE CONCRETE ANSWER FROM ANY SPINE SURGEONS (6) , NEUROLOGISTS (11 ) ,CARDIOLOGISTS (2), OPTICAL NEUROLOGIST (2) NO RESOLVE , NO ANSWERS, AT ALL. AFTER PRESSING FOR AN ANSWER, I WAS GIVEN AN OPTION TO HAVE SPINE SURGERY??? WITHOUT BEING GIVEN A REAL DIAGNOSIS, NOR ANY CONCRETE DEFINITION, DIAGNOSIS, NOTHING. ZERO. I HAD ENOUGH. WHAT I DID KNOW, WAS MY NECK WAS LOCKED UP, WOULD GET STUCK IN A TILTED POSITION, MY ARM WAS BEING STRANGLED FROM THE INSIDE, IT WAS VERY PAINFUL ,VISIBLY GETTING THINNER, I SUFFERED SEVERE SPELLS OF BLURRED VISION, THAT WOULD SOMETIMES LAST AN ENTIRE DAY. I HAD KNOW DR ARNONE FOR MANY MANY YEARS, ID REACHED OUT TO HIM AFTER DOING MUCH RESEARCH AND ASKED HIM TO LOOK AT SOME OF MY IMAGES. HE WAS VERY GENEROUS OF HIS TIME AND HE DID IN FACT SEE THE PROBLEM ALMOST IMMEDIATELY. I CAME OUT FROM NYC, TO SPEND SOMETIME W DR ARNONE, TO FIGURE OUT WHAT THIS IS , AND HOW I COULD BE BE TREATED WITHOUT THE USE SURGERY OR DRUGS. DR ARNONE IS AN ENTIRELY DIFFERENT BREED OF DOCTOR. HE IS BRILLIANT, THOROUGH AND A KIND PERSON. WHAT A GIFT. DR ARNONE, BEGAN TREATING ME, HE HAS BEEN 100% TRANSPARENT WITH ME FROM THE BEGINNING. I had my son on December 8, 2020, during the delivery he sustained a fractured arm (shaft of left humerus). We started doing PT (physical therapy) around 1 month which was going great. I noticed my son's head was looking different and told his PT and pediatrician about it and finally got to see a plastic surgeon to get a helmet. When my son was about 2-3 months old I decided to look through our discharge papers and saw that he sustained a brachial plexus injury as well which no one advised me of in the hospital AT ALL. I even went to see his pediatrician multiple times before looking at the discharge papers and they said nothing about it. During this time me and my father in law were also searching for a great Chiropractor and came across Dr. Robert Arnone on Facebook so we decided to look at some of his videos and did some research and decided to give him a call. Once we got to meet Dr. Arnone it was great and I can honestly say we have accomplished so much with his help. Not only did he help with his arm strength he helped with the brachial plexus injury as well that played a part of his head and we only needed the helmet for 3 months. Dr. Arnone suspected something else was going on and stated it’s best if we try to get a xray done of my son's spine so we did. In the middle of all of this I was also searching for brachial plexus specialists as well to make sure my son saw every doctor he needed. After getting the xray done of my son's spine we noticed he had some issues with his C1-C2 (Upper Cervical Spine) and he adjusted him when needed. A little long, but if you have ANY issues, not just in your back, please read. I was originally referred to Dr. Arnone through a friend for our middle son. He had an accident and had several strokes after, he developed scoliosis which progressed quickly. His dr.’s want to do a full spinal fusion which would be detrimental to his recovery but he would sit up straight. After one visit our son was sitting up straighter after the second visit his p/t and o/t couldn’t believe the difference and how much better he looked. This will be a long journey but one we are glad we are on with Dr. Arnone. His attention to the individual not just the diagnosis is amazing. Now, my youngest son and I are patients as well. I have had lifelong medical issues that I have just learned to live with. Dr. Arnone went over my entire health history, really listening to everything. The upper cervical spine is responsible for so many things, I had no idea. I have noticed a difference since my first appointment and continue to feel better after each one. Dr. Arnone, is extremely knowledgeable. I have vestibular migraines and he's relieved me of my symptoms. He's not like other chiropractors and just start popping your back and neck. I've been to one like that and this is a completely different experience. I had lots of upper neck and back pain and I feel so much better!!

I am a disabled Gulf War Veteran with multiple neck and back issues. There are many "Chiropractors" out there that have twisted and popped me in more ways than I can count and each one leaving me in more pain. Then I read a review for Dr. Arnone. I wasn't sure what Upper Cervical meant so my wife made an appointment. She brought our son in to see the doctor and get more information about his techniques and we are so glad we did!!! Be weary of seeking treatment from Rob Arnone during this time of pandemic. He recently has used social platforms to openly state that he and his practice are “anti-mask” and claim that wearing a mask will impact health in a negative way. This directly contradicts the statement of the American Chiropractic Association on COVID-19 response, which is the strongest chiropractic organization in this great country. It is not only a public health risk for Rob to make these claims, but also outside of his scope of practice as he is not specialized in the immune system and their related disorders. Dr Arnone has done a great job working with the problems in my neck. He is very clear about explaining what is going on and why he does or does not do any given thing at a time. The only reason I drop from a 5 star to a 4 star is his timeliness. I'm grateful to him for all he does.

Dr. Arnone is a very caring, gentle, attentive and kind doctor. He really takes his time with his patients and not once have we felt rushed. His care has greatly helped myself and my two daughters. It has been different from the normal chiropractic type care but we have found it to be more beneficial. Hi highly recommend Dr. Arnone if you are experiencing severe neck or back pain. He has helped me tremendously. He may even be able to help with other ailments such as dizziness. In late 2011, I began experiencing severe neck pain from what I believed was due to the stress of cutting firewood. I was also experiencing fuzzy-headiness and dizziness where I had difficulty concentrating. Before coming to Dr. Arnone, I went to another chiropractor for several months with no noticeable improvement in neck pain or dizziness. In fact, it seemed I was getting worse. Looking to get relief for the dizziness specifically, a friend recommended I try an ENT. After working with the ENT, I was put on a physical therapy treatment. This seemed to help quite a bit, but still had some lingering symptoms; however, the neck pain persisted. I asked another friend who had similar severe neck pain in the past what she did. She recommended finding an upper cervical specialist. I did a search, found Dr. Arnone and set up an appointment. I began seeing Dr. Arnone, in early 2012. What I liked best about Dr. Arnone’s approach was how he went about the assessment and treatment process. He first did a thorough assessment to see if he could help or not, before he did any body adjustments. He explained how he goes about his process and provided an enlightening education on how the spine works and its impact on health. He then had me get complete images of my whole spine and neck area. From these images, he thoroughly assessed my condition and then walked me through his assessment and if/how he could help. He most definitely could help. After this assessment, I signed up for his treatment plan. The next visit then entailed a baseline reading of my neck (C1/C2) positioning for future visit reference and my first major neck adjustment. This was quite an experience, but within several days, I was starting to get relief for my neck pain. Over time and after more visits, his treatment also seemed to help with the lingering dizziness. I have been seeing Dr. Arnone regularly since the first visits in 2012 and he has helped me stay on a path of better neck and back health through continued measurement and making minor and periodic major adjustments only as needed. I have been diagnosed with C1 C2 (Atlanto-Axial) Instability from a car accident with severe whiplash when I was in my mid twenties, I am now 54. Little did I know that my spine had started twisting all the way up and all the way down from the uppermost bones "shifting". My husband and I were in Dr. Rob's office for over two hours on my first appointment. He showed us with no doubts in our minds all the places that my spine had tried to compensate and where they had turned, twisted, and eroded from the instability issue. AS SOON as the FIRST ADJUSTMENT Dr. Arnone did (it felt like someone "untwisted or "let loose" a tight noose deep inside of my skull) when he re-set my skull and neck. Things started changing for me. For years, I was going in twice a week to get adjusted (and needed to go more, just couldn't afford it) from other Upper Cervical Specialists in St. Louis. Most of the time it would slip out on my way home from the appointment. I am now holding for close to a month, the knife that has been in the middle, upper part of my back is slowly disappearing, and I can actually do a lot more around the house now. I starting seeing Dr. Arnone after being diagnosed with Bells Palsy which resulted to having horrible migraines. He was able to help me narrow down the root of the problem. I am extremely thankful for the treatments , I have improved a lot. My migraines went from having about 4 migraines a "week" to only having 2 migraines a "month" now. I started treatment with Dr. Robert Arnone in July of this year. I have been diagnosed with C1 C2 Instability from a car accident with severe whiplash. I have experienced more stability and pain relief with Dr. Arnone than I ever thought possible. I have found him to be punctual, very knowledgeable, and truly interested in helping people.

Dr. Arnone's knowledge puts him in a league of his own. His ability to read and interpret xrays is very advanced and unlike anything that I have ever come across. The technique that he uses on the spine is so effective that it's like you had surgery without being cut open. Not anything like other doctors that you have been to, be prepared.

As a physician he did me a lot of good. After being treated by him for over 4 years he began not showing up on time for my appointments and I would arrive to a locked office. I could also never reach him by phone and sometimes wait for days to hear back from him. I have been waiting for months to receive bills to file with my insurance since he does not deal with ins filing for patients. I wouldn't recommend him unless you don't need to file ins and you have all day to wait.

If the skull is not in proper alignment at the top of the spine, the brain stem can not function properly because of the pressure on it causing many health problems throughout the entire body. This nerve blockage can be caused by an auto accident, at birth, a concussion, head injuries, sports injuries, etc. Many health problems result because of this crowded brain stem and can be incorrectly diagnosed as other causes. Dr Arnone, an upper cervical specific specialist, is excellent at diagnosing and fixing this misalignment that a lot of people don`t realize they have. It took me a lifetime to figure out and find an upper cervical specific doctor to help me. I can only wish I could have known about this in early childhood or with injuries I have had and corrected it then.
