Giving one star is generous. Do NOT go to the doctors office or see this doctor if you have an ingrown nail(I can’t speak about his other services but I’d assume the same). I cannot even wrap my head around his lack of care. Except for the fact the they do seem to care about sending you a bill in a timely manner. My husband has been to the doctor THREE times over the past SIX MONTHS to have an ingrown toenail taken care of. He keeps having to go back because it’s not healing! It’s huge, it’s red, it’s oozing. Each time he goes back, the doctor says it’s normal but clearly… at this point… it’s not. I’ve watched my husband day and day religiously take care of his toe as instructed and clearly something still isn’t right. And we keep getting charged for it! This past Wednesday, was his 3rd time in the office and while there he told the doctor that the same toe but on the other side was starting to hurt. The doctor said “it should be fine” but didn’t touch it! Why wouldn’t a doctor take care of it if it hurts and he’s already in the office?!?! So now fast forward to today the new side of his toe is too now oozing, red, and swollen. I’m so angry I can’t even comprehend how angry I am at the lack of care my husband has received. Complaining about a toe seems silly until it’s super painful and you can’t be active or wear shoes…. Save yourself a trip… or three and find a different office that will take better care of you. I had a female dr. and she was amazing. i hate getting shots and i had to get a bunch when i got an ingrown toenail removed. i was super nervous and honestly a little embarrassed but she made me feel so much better and was so reassuring and kind the whole time. very kind staff

Had ingrown toenails removed on both feet. Dr. Zirm is a really nice, professional, and calm guy. Everyone else at the office was fantastic as well. Nothing more I could ask for. The guy does great work! 10/10 would recommend

Dr. Zirm di a decent job treating me. Couldn't come up with a good solution that didn't involve surgery. Went through multiple attempts attempting to diagnose the issue. The latest last attempt was to give me a walking boot which didn't solve the problem and charged $450.00 for a $100.00 item. I'm all for businesses making a profit but a mark-up such as this is ridiculous. Very disappointed. Dr. Zirm di a decent job treating me.
