Dr. Richard Weaver

I had pain from nerve root. This pain is horrific. Thanks so much to Dr Weaver & assistant Erika for easing this pain. I have been to see him 2 times in past 2 years for same pain. I am very thankful for his expertese.

First the lady at the front desk physically hang the phone up on me for absolutely no reason because she’s having a bad day and then when I go in for my appointment and she finds out that it was me and remembers she starts taking it out on me then get to the manager which the manager started doing the same thing then she literally walked and got the doctor within two seconds and he asked me to leave when he wasn’t even there to mitigate or deal with the story of what happened it’s extremely unprofessional of them I would expect different out of business people but obviously they’re not business people. Dr. Weaver is extremely unprofessional, I was told “You’ll live.” over and over after I told him how much pain I had been experiencing for the past three months after delivering my baby. I had an injury in my spine related to an epidural I received during labor, it has impaired me to the point that I cannot even lift my daughter without crying out in agony. I’m a small business owner, a mother to our 11 week old daughter, two dogs, a cat, and over 300 houseplants. I have a lot of people and things that rely on me to care for them and my pain has nearly disabled me. I was told it would be at least 30 days before he could see me again, and that it would most likely take longer than that to order the X-rays and MRI. I’ve already been in agony for months, especially after surviving Hyperemesis Gravidarum for 9 months and losing over 35% of my body weight from starvation/vomiting during my pregnancy. Now this, and I’m treated so poorly. I have lost all hope in the NC medical system. He gave me no recommendations of relief until my next appointment. No PT, no exercises that might help, OTC meds, no braces, or hot/cold pack suggestions, no dietary recommendations, no holistic recommendations, no pain medication or NSAIDs. Just completely useless, and he embarrassed me in front of staff and other patients. This doctor is the worst. He wouldnt even look at my records, said he had already called my pain doctor in Florida. He said he wasnt giving me what the doctor in Florida was giving me. He told me if he was wasteing my time to leave now. Then they said i had Cocain in my system. Never did that in my life. It was just a horrible experience all together. I suggest you dont go there. Following my first visit with FNP Candi Crowe Engle convinced me I was at the right Pain Clinic to get results I have dreamed about for over a year. FNP C.C. Engle gave me her full attention to hear why I was at their facility and to share action steps that would get me back to my happy norm. Before I got to Ms. Engle, I was pre-assessed by Ms Dasmine, one of my most caring Medical Persons I have ever met. She earns respect and deserves respect although she is not seeking either.
