I highly recommend Dr. Stabbing and staff. He is very attentive and caring. He listens and patiently answers questions. I never wait long to see him and always runs right on time.

I had a partial thyroidectomy. I had no complications , my speech was normal and clear afterwards. My scar is barely noticeable. I highly recommend Dr. Strabbing. He is a very skilled in his work and a very kind, caring Doctor.

Dr.Strabbing was recommended to me for difficulty breathing issues related to a nasal blockage, by a friend who had similar issues. He readily identified my concern and rectified the situation with effective medical protocols. I '"thank" Dr. Stabbing for improving my ability to breathe easily daily.

Dr. Stabbing listens to me and even draws on a white board to better illustrate his explanation. His level of care and service are excellent, he and his staff treat me as an Individual and not a number. Very ethical and caring doctor. I have recommended him to several friends.

My daughter saw Dr. Strabbing on a Wednesday and our family was planning on flying out for a trip on Sunday. He said she has lots of fluid behind her ear drums and she would be miserable on the flight. He suggested tubes and offered to squeeze her in the next day, Thursday! Dr. Strabbing was great and his team at the ENT office and the surgical office made everything very easy and smooth from start to finish!

Organized and informative

They desperately need an overhaul of their phone system. If they write you an important prescription that's out of stock and you need it changed to a generic brand, good luck reaching them. There's about 13 different routes that their phone menu takes you through and none of them reaches a real person. So just get comfortable with not having any medicine and gradually losing your hearing because of it, because they don't call back. But don't worry, they'll still charge you for your visit! What a nightmare.

Dr. Strabbing is professional, personable and instills a send sense of calm and confidence.

Dr. Stabbing did my surgery to correct a deviated septum and nasal polyps removal. I can never remember my sinuses being so clear after the surgery was done. It truly changed my life and I only wish we had done it years before I did. I highly recommend Dr. Strabbing if you have any ENT needs!

I had surgery for a deviated septum at the beginning of November and was very pleased with my care by Dr. Strabbing. Not only did he perform the surgery but even made sure to go beyond the basic needs of care by acknowledging my family history of blood clots. I felt well taken care of throughout the whole process.

Dr. Strabbing is an excellent ENT Dr. He truly cares about helping you feel better. He fixed my ear ring and sinus headaches/infections by taking a step by step approach. I appreciated that. Fixed my issues after step 1 and 2. Therefore I did not have to go thru all the steps at once and have procedures done that did not need to be. I have several health conditions that have caused me to have to see several different doctors mainly because I am written off. Dr. Strabbing and his team have been by far one of my favorite health care providers on my 7 year and on going journey as he and his team are extremely empathetic and very knowledgeable. I’m a paramedic as well and I usually feel as if I get condescending or downplayed comments due to that title (although I shouldn’t) but Dr. Strabbing treated me as a fellow medical provider. Him as well as the PA that treat me are also the only two medical providers that have not only taken the mind map of conditions and symptoms I have made but have kept them and read them. I have had sinus issues for over 30 years and kept taking medication to try and clear it up. When I went to Dr. Strabbing he wanted a cat scan done to determine what was going on. I had a deviated septum and other issues. Dr Strabbing did surgery on me and the outcome was nothing but miraculous!! I have not been able to breathe out of my nose like I can now in over 30 years. He is the most professional Doctor that I have associated with and would highly recommend him to anyone who needs this type of surgery. I have been a patient of Dr. Strabbing for many years. He is an expert in his field. Their office staff are very helpful and kind. He was running behind and a staff person came in to let me know it would be a few minutes yet and thanked me for my patience. Sometimes the best docs are the ones who run behind because that means they take time with every patient to listen and explain. Dr. Strabbing is super knowledgeable and explains everything in words you can understand. He is extremely kind and polite (he also apologized for the wait) and will joke around with you which I love in a doctor. It can be intimidating and people can be nervous about the appt, and knowing he is “human” just like me makes it “fun” for needing to be there. It’s something I appreciate. My S/O had a procedure done by Dr. Strabbing in 2019 and I cannot stress enough how great he was. He was very intelligent and knew what he was doing. It's no doubt that he loves what he does which is something you don't see a lot in doctors these days. I'm telling you, ignore the bad reviews. Definitely 5 stars for this guy.

Doctor Strabbing saw me years ago for nodules on my vocal chords and acid reflux. We were able to avoid surgery with Speech/vocal therapy. My husband does not like going to the doctor, so when I got him an appointment with Dr. Strabbing he was hesitant. I tried getting an appointment with him pre covid time and the schedules didn’t work because he was extremely booked, and I sent my husband to another ENT doctor. Now I see why this Dr was so booked. He is good! My husband said he was quite attentive and caring, his throat is feeling 99% better with the things Dr. Strabbing suggested. He is hopeful that he will finally be feeling better. I was experiencing TMJ symptoms and also ear pain, so I was examined in February by my Internist and assured that my ears were healthy. After returning from travels in March I was examined by a physician family member who referred me to ENT specialist Dr. Strabbing, who also assured me that the ear pain was the result of my TMJ. Dr. Strabbing referred me to David Krombeen, PT, DPT, at FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers, Holland, MI. He gave me a series of exercises to do with my jaw. The results were amazing and I only wished I had sought help from Dr. Strabbing and David Krombeen 3 months earlier, instead of having disturbed sleep and daily sharp ear pain. TMJ has bothered me somewhat for more than 40 years, but I never experienced the ear pain and had no idea of the discomfort it could cause. This is a fantastic team. Thank you. Dr Stabbing has been my ENT for the past 13 years. I have received excellent care from him and would highly recommend to anyone needing ENT services. I'm married to a retired ENT, so I'm very picky who I see for medical care and Dr Strabbing is very thorough, caring and listens to all my concerns.

After struggling several months with ear and face pain that no medication seemed to help, I went to Dr. Strabbing. At the visit he checked my ears and head and asked if I had been in an accident. Four months before our car was hit and totaled but we were fine... I thought. Obviously not! Dr. Strabbing diagnosed me having TMJ and I was referred to Fyzical for PT. After a week I was having less pain. I continued with PT for 2 and a half months and I am pain free!! I would recommend Dr. Strabbing if you have issues like I had. It was a great experience. My seven year old had gotten a sticky gem stuck in his ear, and Dr. Strabbing made him feel relaxed and at ease. He got it out within 5 seconds and we were on our way. Would recommend this office. Very friendly and clean.

I had a fungal ball in one of my sphenoid sinus cavities and Dr Strabbing was able to remove it for me eliminating the terrible headaches I was having on a daily basis. He was very professional and explained everything to me in a way that made it easy to understand and alleviated any concerns I had going into the surgery. Furthermore, he did such an excellent job that the post-surgery healing process was easier than I thought it would be. His staff was also able to schedule me quickly, which I really appreciated. I feel I was treated well. I had a bit of a wait to be seen but it was ok. This is a new experience for me at this office. So far so good. Why are these reviews so old tho? I am very particular about the doctors I see, but I will give them a chance

I had balloon sinuplasty and a tube put in my ear. I have not been the same since, and that was Oct. 2019. I still have an echo in my ear and was told by Dr. Strabbing it would go away in a couple days. At the f/u w/a PA that had the worst bed side manner said that should have been gone within 24hrs after surgery. I still have yet to get an exact explanation as to why I still have an echo every time I talk in my ear and other side effect from the surgery. Dr. Strabbing pushed me off to another Dr. in the office I feel to avoid admitting that the surgery did not go as planned. Maybe reading this he will evaluate how he treats his patients and be more truthful. Now I am living w/a whole new set of issues I did not have before. It has changed my quality of life. It's sad when you put all your trust in someone and they tell you what the outcome will be 100% changed and it's something totally different. It's been truly heart breaking.

My primary care doctor referred me to Dr. Strabbing for thyroid nodules detected by an ultrasound. Dr. Strabbing reviewed results, suggested a fine needle aspiration, and prepared me for the procedure. He and his top-notch ultrasound technician worked hand in hand to gather cells for a competent radiologist. His skilled technique, her thorough explanations, and the radiologist's high standards comforted me. Teamwork between surgeon, technologist, and radiologist is what we all expect, but for it to be done at a time like this is true sacrifice and dedication to the profession/patients. In a time of crisis, they did everything to protect all involved and find much needed answers for me. No one can top this. What a tribute to them all as professionals and caring people. No matter what the outcome, I know they will be there to tackle it with me.

I was diagnosed with allergies a year ago and Dr. Richard Strabbing helped me tremendously. Dr Strabbing also performed a balloon sinuplasty for my sinus/breathing issues - and I truly appreciated Dr. Strabbing informing me of what I would feel during each step of the sinuplasty !!! This helped me stay calm during the procedure. With my great results from the sinuplasty and allergy medication I am feeling great. I would certainly recommend Dr. Strabbing !

Over the past year I've been under the care of Dr. Strabbing for thyroid issues. During that time, I've had four ultrasounds performed in his office. His ultrasound technician is the BEST I've ever had. She is professional, knowledgeable, and PERSONABLE! During my appointments, she explained everything that she was doing and why. The relationship between technologist, radiologist, and surgeon makes for seamless care. I'm extremely happy she is part of the team!

I went to Dr. Strabbing for followup on some nodules in my neck. The ultrasound technician was very kind and explained what she was doing. The radiologist was concerned the nodules were growing and irregular and should be checked out further. Dr. Strabbing performed the needle aspiration procedure with very little discomfort, (which was way better than the physician I had approximately 7 years ago.) His technique was almost painless, with no black and blue marks. He coordinated it with the lab, they called several days later to give me the results. The office was also very easy to work with. I would highly recommend Dr. Strabbing.

Dr Strabbing performed Balloon sinuplasty a couple months ago for my breathing issues. I appreciated him telling me what I would feel as he performed each step of the procedure. It was a 1 day recovery and made my breathing much better! He is very kind and professional. He is my children and grandchildren’s ENT as well.

Not impressed with scheduling. Appt for hearing test at 1:30, seen at 1:50. Then appt with dr set for 2, taken to room at 2:27, seen by dr 2:35. Otherwise dr and staff were great.

I just got home from my appointment with Dr. Strabbing and I was very impressed. He is an awesome gentleman and very carrying. If I need any more work for my ears or nose or throat. I would go to him. I highly recommend Dr. Strabbing.

I am 48 and started to lose my hearing in my left ear. Dr Strabbing figured out it was one of two issues. 1 was an immediate treatment with medication. But instead of waiting to see if medication took care of the issue he ordered an MRI to cut down on the delay time ie we could cancel the appointment. Dr. Strabbing then called me personally after getting results of the MRI and made me feel very comfortable while delivering some pretty big news. He connected me with only the best surgeons and really made me feel like he was looking out for me and my best interests. If any of my children have an ENT issue Dr Strabbing will be our first call! My daughter was a Hope College student from Ohio. She found a nodule on her neck and was referred by Hope Health Services to Dr. Strabbing. He was immediately concerned that the nodule was irregular, and within 2 weeks she had an ultrasound, needle aspiration tests and a biopsy, which determined that she had Hodkins Lymphoma.Throughout the ordeal, Dr. Strabbing and his staff were professional, caring and prompt in their treatment and diagnosis. I cannot recommend him highly enough!

Very competent doctors. Office staff needs training in patient confidentiality. During one visit I had a clerical staff tell me what the nurse wrote in my file all while I was standing in the lobby! Not the place to share that information. And, why is clerical staff reading my file? A few minutes later the same clerical staff called across the waiting area asking me questions about my preferences with my emergency contacts. Inappropriate!

Unfortunately, I visited this office with a sinus infection. Dr Strabbing began discussing surgery almost immediately after entering the room. He explained a couple hoops he had to jump though for insurance reasons (CT scan, and writing a prescription for Flonase I was already on). The quote I was given was a fraction for the actual cost! My septum (that was NOT deviated) was cut and now has a large hole. Breathing, talking sound different and their billing department is rude and unorganized.

This doctor is horrible. He was clearly drunk when he saw me. He smelled of alcohol and was short and rude with me.

After struggling for 20 years with extreme sinus issues, Dr. Strabbing was recommended to me. I deal with P.T.S.D. and not being able to breathe my nose during post surgery made me very apprehensive to go through with surgery. Yet Dr. Strabbing worked with me, took the time to explain, talking me through the problems that I faced, along with pre and post surgery. He was very detailed, thorough and compassionate with my needs and concerns. I would not trust any other ENT Doctor.

I can't say enough good things about Dr. Strabbing. I have had incredible treatment for a hearing loss that led to me getting a tube in my ear at 55 years old. I immediately felt relief from the pain and was able to hear again. Dr. Strabbing is kind, considerate and thorough in his approach to medicine. Excellent doctor.

Quick excellent consult!

I had an FNA thyroid biopsy. Dr. Strabbing and the ultrasound tech were great. The tech talked to me the whole time. Doc had to do 3 passes, the first one I barely felt, the 2nd two he had to go deeper and those were a little uncomfortable. A couple of times Dr. Strabbing put his hand on my shoulder to reassure me while he was doing the procedure. I was a little nervous going in but both the tech and doc made it as comfortable for me as possible.

Wonderful doctor. Recommended all my family and friends to him that need his type of care!

I had two FNAs for a thyroid nodule with Katie Terpstra Ultrasound Techinician who made me feel relaxed when Dr. Mannon who did my first fna and Dr Strabbing who did my second fna . They all were excellent I didn't even have a bruise on my neck after both FNAs.

Very caring Dr.! Did not rush or hurry my appointment. You can tell he loves what he does and truly cares for his patients! Highly recommend! Would never get another ENT. I had a wonderful experience with very caring people at this office. Katie Terpsta performed my ultrasound and I was extremely nervous. She immediately calmed me down with her caring and compassionate spirit, and with great kindness. As she performed the procedure she was kind enough to explain what she was doing and how things were going. I actually enjoyed the ultrasound because of Katie! I also appreciate how Dr. Strabbing takes his time to explain to me everything! He's a great doctor!

Dr. Strabbing is not only extremely knowledgeable, but also has a wonderful doctor/patient personality. At my first visit, while reading my medical history provided to him from another medical office, he at once spotted a medical record which was erroneously sent to him from the other office for a different patient. His staff followed up on it immediately and contacted the other medical office, advising them of their error. I am so grateful I am one of Dr. Strabbing's patients. Thank you.

I found Dr. Stabbing to be knowledgeable, kind, competent, patient, and thorough. He spent a lot of time trying to understand my symptoms. He did not just "rubber stamp" what another doctor had recommended. He thought of "out-of-the-box" procedures and prescriptions, both of which helped me immensely. I, without reservation, would highly recommend him to anyone experiencing ENT issues.

I've seen Dr Strabbing and his staff for several years. Great staff. This new office has some privacy issues. While waiting in the allergy waiting area, you can hear everything the nurse and patients say in addition to everything that is happening in the registration area. Of course, this means everyone can hear my conversations with the staff too. You can also hear through the exam room walls.

He is an amazing and caring Doctor! He is great with my child and explains things very thourghly. He always takes his time and I never feel rushed with him.

Dr. Strabbing was wonderful with my son, who was not having the best day. He was very knowledgeable about my Son's issue and answered all my questions. I would recommend him to everyone.

Dr. Strabbing is easily irritated with children. I would not ever recommend going to his office for your child. He is the most unfriendly doctor. He also does not know how to reassure children, he is distant and cold, and does not make visits comfortable. He performs a quick eval of the patient - not really listening to the issues, sends you home to see if symptoms still continue after 6 weeks, and after your second visit, he then will give a referral to a specialist. In it for the money.
