We liked Dr Synder his concern an care of my husband an the time spent talking to us about how bad his knees were was appreciated

He was efficient and quick. I think I'll follow him to his new practice and go ahead with my surgery.

Amazing doctor with great staff and bedside manner!

Dr Snyder is THE BEST! He is very passionate about his job! He actully listens when you tell him whats going on! If i could i would see him for everything!

Dr. Snyder is the consummate professional, however he still very reachable and easy to communicate with. This for me are two of most important characteristics a doctor should have. I am extremely satisfied with both the medical and human treatment provided. Staff is up to par. Highly recommended.

Very knowledgeable and courteous. Takes time to explain and answers all concerns. Makes patient feel comfortable in knowing he will give you all options available to you.

Dr. Snyder is the BEST! He got me in his office the same day that I called with a fractured shoulder, surgery within 1 week and now recovering. I would recommend him to everyone :)

Dr. R. Lance Snyder was able to diagnose and surgically repair my knee that had previously been "fixed" unsuccessfully by another dr. I have had pain for years. I went from hurting daily to feeling only slight discomfort when it rains. I call that a win! All of the staff that work here are friendly and helpful.

Fabulous experience! Dr. Snyder was extremely diligent and thorough with my son, and worked hard to get him treated in a timely fashion so he could return to sports.

On my first initial visit with Dr. Snyder, I was astound by his smile and his witty personality.

Love Dr. Snyder! Great demeanor, I trust his diagnosis, his avoids surgery if at all necessary and helps find great alternatives to try first. He gave me immediate relief from a long time ongoing pain in my knees. I am feeling MUCH better! Sometimes I feel like I am a bit hurried along, but other than that, the staff are all AWESOME!

I would absolutely recommend Dr Snyder. I had a first appointment recently for my knees. He was upbeat and very knowledgeable. I appreciated his prognosis as to how this was going to go. We started conservatively and his treatment has helped a great deal. He suggested exercise to strengthen my knees, which I do daily now in the pool and hot tub. It is making a difference. Thank you for your honest and skillful assessment of my issue. I will see you when they act up again. Don’t go anywhere ??.

Dr Snyder did a fantastic job repairing my knee after a fall. I liked that he begins with conservative treatment and if it doesn't work, only then will he move on to surgical solutions. I have no problem recommending Dr Snyder to anyone in need of a Ortho consult.

Dr Snyder is awesome he's to the point on his care and has a great sense of humor. He's also very people orientated. I would definitely recommend him to a family member.

If I could give 10 stars I would - they were ALL wonderful! My MIL & son came with me to my first appt and the staff was so sweet. I was quickly seen, everyone was so fun & friendly to my very talkative 4 year old. Dr Snyder was excellent - he is so friendly & outgoing, it would be hard to not feel comfortable with him. All three of us left happier than when we arrived, which is a first for all of us at a doctor's office!

Excellent bedside manner & was able to get both a quick new patient appointment and fast surgerical date!

I always measure the success of my medical experiences on first impressions, if I felt my voice was heard during the process, and the level of safety in which I can entrust my concerns/needs. I am very happy with the outcome of this visit.

Dr Snyder is a breath of fresh air in the orthopedic healthcare arena. His knowledge is outstanding and his recommendations are based on what is best for the patient LONG TERM. He takes into consideration the life style and physicality of his patient rather than what may or may not be the easiest for him. My experience with having both shoulders replaced has been excellent. Joint replacement can be a frightening experience but Dr Snyder's expertise gives the patient confidence to move forward.

Could not ask for a better surgeon!!! Very knowledgeable, very friendly, does not rush you and takes the time to answer your questions.

Doc is caring, takes time and listens, shows compassion and is sympathetic , He makes sure YOU understand in detail what is going on, what he is doing to help you, what his plan of action is and listens to how you feel about the course he is taking. Makes sure that you both are on the same level as to your illness.

I had such a great experience with the whole office. from the very first call to schedule with Jessica and Zach. to my procedure for my torn ACL. Still to this day i hav eno idea how i tore it. if my driver was early for an appt. and i called to see if i could get seen earlier Zach always made room for me. Even the on call Dr was so friendly and patient, when i called because my pain level was high or my knee had the infection. They were right on top of it.

Dr Snyder respectful and explain what he's going to do and come talk to you before he do the procedure the day of surgery.

Dr.Snyder & his staff are professional & friendly. I feel that they go the extra mile to give me an appointment when I am in pain. They will take all the time you need for an explanation of the procedure or recommended treatment plan. He is a good listener & relates to a patient's fear of pain, needles, hospitals, etc.
