Unfortunately, i had a bad experience with them, i left 2 messages once with answering service and one on their recorder and i never got a call back, very disappointed of their action for a Neurologist. I give one star because I had no choice but they don't deserve any star.

I had a great experience with Dr Singer. His staff was polite and friendly. The check in process was easy. Dr Singer was attentive and compassionate. He spent a lot of time listening to me and examining me and explaining my condition. He was knowledgeable and professional. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for an experienced neurologist.

They never receive phone call to make appointment. At last I had to send my sister to their office to make an appointment.

I've been calling trying to make an appointment for 3 days. The mailbox is always full so you can't leave a message. I contacted the after hours office and they said they left a message for them to call me back. No such luck. These people seem horribly unprofessional.

Dr. Singer was horrible. Didn’t really care about my condition just busy looking at the computer and asking questions that didnt have anything to do with my condition. No treatment plan, no follow-ups, no test nothing. Prescribed a seizure medicine “as needed”. Seriously it’s not a headache. Stay away please!

I spent about seven weeks trying to get an appointment with Dr. Singer. I first left about three messages that were unanswered. At last, I did get a call back from Loly at Dr. Singer's office. She did explain some useful things to me in order for me to get an appointment, but then I needed to call back to get some follow-up information in order to do so. It was then that I called about four more times and still got no answer. I remember that the person to whom I left a few of the messages on their answering service identified herself as "Sherri" or "Shay". Finally, out of exasperation, I left a message stating that I did not appreciate their unprofessionalism. There has still been no follow-up call back and no appointment. No good

I have been calling for the past week, no answer and no way to leave a voicemail. Poor customer service. Staff keeps hanging up phone or send to wrong extension.

When I moved to South Florida I was in need of a new neurologist for my headaches. He was very cold and let his ego get in the way of my treatment. When I asked him for an MRI of my neck he flat out refused. He said that had nothing to do with it. I decided to switch to a different doctor in the same practice who happily ordered the MRI. That revealed I had a spinal cord disease that is causing my headaches. It also revealed that I had had thyroid nodules which I wouldn't have known about if the MRI wasn't done. Dr. Singer helped my mother since her dementia started. I'm now going to him as well. He is professional and I feel comfortable about following his treatment. The ladies at the office were very professional too. So far I have nothing but good things to say about my experience with Dr. Singer.

i have been a patient of Dr Singers for many years, i do appreciate all the help he gives me when im at his office in trying to find a solution for my severe migraines. His office staff, however, its another story no one returns call i have had to call several times until eventually a live person answer the phone. This is really unacceptable. If the staff situation is not taken care of im afraid im going to have to see someone else,

Horrible. No answers to the reason my spine is crumbling. Only concerned why I stopped drinking and I'm still a bartender. No help what so ever. Avoid at all costs.

He has no bedside manner and was completely useless for my condition. Office staff quoted me an incorrect amount for payment (not once but 2x). When I asked for a corp # (since they would not write off their mistake), I was given 3 #s, NONE of which had any record of me nor their facility. They only handle hospitals, and this is obviously not one. Their staff keep repeating, "but your deductible.." It wasn't a matter of my deductible at that point, it was THEIR error and making it right.

I am a patient of Dr Singer for 30 years - Love the Doctor but hate his office and because of this I am seriously considering changing doctors. The staff is very discourteous and very difficult to reach. They called in a prescription for 3 x the amount of a medicine and it took many calls to get it corrected while the staff laughed as if it was a joke! But don’t owe money because that they are on top of that!! It’s a shame you allow this Dr Singer! Horrible Staff

Dr Singer himself has a pleasing demeanor and his love for the profession shines through. His support staff however, has been impossibles to reach and has not returned a call during the last week and 5 business days. I was now forced to leave a message for all 4 other office managers, in hopes that they will reach out to her so that she can give us a call back.

Dr. Singer was very cold and unwelcoming. I wouldn't recommend him.

Doctor does not listen to what you are describing as an issue. Looking at the computer the entire time. Looks at what other Doctors prescribed and follows suit. The reason for changing Doctors is what the others were doing was not working.

Poor bedside manner, no treatment plan just a prescription. Seemed to only be interested in me participating in his trial study for migraines. Got multiple calls to participate after I said no, it was as if I was a specimen.

Doctor was Awesome and absolutely no wait time! 10 stars if I could give to him ????

I have been going to Dr. Singer for over 4 years. He is extremely professional, caring and has a good bedside manner. I was referred to him by my podiatrist and have been very happy that it was a great referral. His office was able to fit me in that day! I highly recommend him.

Changing doctors immediately! I am very disappointed! Very irresponsible, does not seem to care about patient's health or well-being. Cannot count on him! Save yourself the trouble! Avoid him and find another doctor!

On my first and only visit to this doctor, he said, you really don't expect me to have the experience to treat your disease, do you? The office staff assured me that the doctor could treat focal dystonia. What a waste of time and what a pathetic excuse for a doctor. I would give negative stars if I could.
