His inaccurate and biased custody evaluation took forever and was inaccurate and helped alienate my children.

They should allow for no stars rating for this man. Mr. Scott is not a credible professional. I counted over 40 'mis-truths' during our 'custody evaluation'. They can be categorized 4 ways: complete fabrications (he literally made it up), misstating what was said, distorting what was said, and simply exaggerating what was said. I checked, psychologists do not have an ethical oath. He will bully, lie, twist, and flat out 'misdiagnose' you. In fact, in my case, he gave me my ex-wife's diagnosis. Important is to be as polite to him as possible. It is as if you have to pledge fealty to him. But if your ex's lawyers send him more work than your lawyers, then you are likely in trouble. Answer the questions that he asks and only the question. Do not start talking, which is what he will want you to do. Just answer the question. And don't get hung up on the 'diagnosis'. I met with 4 counselors who disagreed with him. It isn't real, he is just petty and vindictive. Ignore it.

His only real income is doing custody evaluations. He is deceitful and grossly incompetent. Run away from this quack ,

Took FOREVER to complete custody evaluation report. As a result, the finalizing of our divorce was delayed significantly.

Just awful. He reported that he interviewed my ex about my role as a father. But she never spoke to him. She had to testify in court that he lied about the interview. If a judge recommends him...say NO!

He is biased, opinionated, a poor listener, and immediately imposes his opinions, spin, and bias on what the client says. He does not provide therapy, therefore, he never finds out if his diagnosis or opinion is correct.
