I love everything about this practice. The doctor is very knowledgeable, witty, and has a good sense of humor. His staff is courteous and very friendly. Dr. John will be my ENT For Life.

Dr. Johnigan immediately zeroed in on my issue and fixed it. An absolutely perfect experience!

Staff are very friendly and helpful. Every time my kids and I have been there we were seen on a very timely manner, no extra wait time whatsoever. Dr. Johnigan is such a professional ENT doctor. He answers all your questions with patience and in detail. He is so good and friendly with kids as well. He is very knowledgeable and explains all your options in such scientific way that it feels like you are in a university class taking an important course about the subject. He doesn't push you towards what can be avoided and treated medically. All to say, highly highly highly recommended.

Love this doctor went there again with all kind of sinus problems and he really knows how to take care of his patients I highly recommend him!

I Met Dr. Richard Johnigan for the first time for an emergency procedure on 12-31-22. He is very professional, very straight forward, and reassuring about your situation and procedure. To say the least, he did an outstanding job in fixing the serious situation I was in that day. The nurses helping him were also the very best in their profession. I was pleased with my first visit to Dr Johnigan. He's knowledgeable, personable and he listens to you. All good qualities in a doctor. And his staff was great.

My first time with ENT Physician. I would to thank my primary doctor Dr. Abraham for referring me to Dr Johnigan. He is awesome. He did a great job taking care of my issues. I will recommend him to family and friends.

Dr. Johnigan is a physician that will properly analyze your condition prior to making a sound treatment plan. In this day and age this is NOT what you will get with some doctors who prefer to jump to a presumptive diagnosis and use a generalized treatment (aka shotgun prescriptions) that may or may not work at the patient’s expense. This doctor takes his time to listen, ask relevant questions, and order additional testing, if needed, in order to get it right, in developing an effective care plan. He has a no nonsense approach to his job, and is very easy to talk to in an unhurried manner, that makes you feel that you are in the hands of a dedicated physician. It was an excellent experience to visit Dr Richard Johnigan at Pearland office. Waiting time was less than 10 minutes, Doctor spend at least 30 minutes and listened to my all problems with patience. He was very caring. All office staffs were very nice and helpful.

Dr. Johnigan and his staff are so helpful and considerate. A great experience.

I have been seeing him for years.A 45 minute for me one way.But he is there for me and talks to me about what is wrong happily with me.Thats one reason I make the drive.He is that good in my opinion.

Very very friendly and a very good DR . .

I’ve been to Dr. Johnigan twice. He really listens to your concerns/issues and doesn’t rush. Great bedside manner. And he figured out what was causing a problem I’ve been having for over a year. Highly recommend him!

Awesome Doctor very detailed with explaining my medical diagnosis!!!!

He is the best Doctor and he has the best Receptionist in the world!

I’ve been going to him for 12 years. Too many times to correct a non-ENT doctor’s mistakes. He’s very practical and very good at explaining the problem and treatment.

EXCELLENT!! He literally saved my life because he listened and didn’t blow off my concern like so many doctors do. He pursued different angles to my issue and sent me to other specialists when he thought it was warranted. Plus, he’s very personable. So very grateful to have found him through the Healthgrade app!!

Made an appointment about 5 weeks in advance for Dr. Johnigan's office. Took off work. Day of appointment arrives and receive usual reminder's (including a phone call at 7:45 AM). Ready to head over for 9:30 AM appointment. Phone rings as ready to leave driveway telling me that the doctor is running late and I will have to reschedule for 3 weeks later. I take an appointment and they call me back 30 minutes later telling me this time is now taken and want to reschedule again. I decide to tell them that I will find another doctor/office who cares and respects people's time. Then to add insult to injury, I look on their online portal later that day - their staff wrote "Appointment cancelled by Patient". What a piece of work these folks are. Doctor could be a miracle worked for all I know but I would avoid his practice. Just no respect.

I am limited to when I can go to appointments, so I made the appointment for my 91 year old Mom that cannot hear, where I could go and be off work. I had to make it 3 + weeks out. I got messages saying the doctor I was not gonna be there that day, after waiting 2 weeks for the appoibtment. If I had made this appointment on a day when I normally have to work, I would have been even more furious! I do not care how good a doctor you are, that is totally inconsiderate and poor practice procedures in my book. I hope he cancelled and took off for something serious!!!. Made a believer out of me.
