Worst experience I’ve ever had and I have to pay other doctors thousands to correct all of the problems I received after going to hainer. I would never ever recommend anyone go to him after how he treated me and what he did to me. Terrible.

I can’t say enough about Dr. Hainer and his staff. Simply put, they are amazing. Dr. Hainer took the time to answer all my questions/concerns and made me feel completely comfortable with my surgery! I would 110% recommend Dr. Hainer and his phenomenal staff!

Dr. Hainer was to remove a ganglion cyst from my finger. "Easy operation". Sixty days later, not only is the cyst developing as it heals it is now two, I went in to discuss with him and was told "it is still healing". 120 days later it is two large cysts, unfortunately before my appointment, I hit the larger of the two and took the top off of it . I still went to my appointment and was told he really couldn't tell what was happening (maybe investigate by draining?), however, I could return for surgery. I was charged for my second appointment even though it was still an issue from my original surgery AND told I would most definitely be charged for a second surgery. Had a table saw accident and Dr Hainer did emergency surgery to reattach my thumb Dr Hainer has done a great job and watched my thumb very closely to be sure its healing correctly. He is very courteous, frienly and great to have as my Dr. Every one in the office is fantastic!

Worse doctor in the world

I truly recommend this doctor he’s very friendly and so is the staff.

Dr. Hainer left me deformed after a tram flap. I got an infection and he didn’t believe me because I didn’t have a fever. After several surgeries I am still tying to heal the wounds almost 2 years later. Please don’t trust this Dr.

Dr Hainer treated my husband for a fractured wrist & later, a fractured hand. Both the doctor and his staff seem very knowledgeable in their areas of specialty and provide their services with skill, efficiency and positive demeanor. The facility is beautiful.

Dr Hainer and his staff go above and beyond to get you exactly where you want to be. They made my procedure so easy and comfortable. I would highly recommend this palce.

Dr Hainer and his team are amazing!! Dr. Hainer is honest and clear about what to expect. His attention to detail is amazing! I would recommend Dr. Hainer to anyone.

Feb 8, 2019 64.5 y/o female— I had Dr Hainer repair lt ectropion and rt ptosis—lt lid had excellent results, and , rt ,eye lid, eventually, had excellent results- with some minor repair adjustments that needed to be tweaked—. During the healing process, Dr Hainer texted and saw me daily— was meticulous in his post op care and attention. I couldn’t have asked for a more attentive care from Dr Hainer, Kim, office manager and Thea, nurse. I certainly will consider the skilled Dr Hainer in future!

You can't go wrong with this surgeon. If anyone could have been a problem child patient--it was me but he remained patient, kind and professional throughout the process. Additionally, this is the first doctor to ever call me at home after surgery to see how I was feeling. His bedside manners are excellent and he is meticulous about his work. My reconstruction is completed and I am very happy with the results. His staff is great and ensures you have a seamless experience. THANK YOU ALL!!!!

There isn't enough room to describe how wonderful of an experience I've had with this physician. He is such a kind laid back doctor that has a genuine interest in ensuring his patients are well and happy with the results of his work. I have never had a doctor personally call to see how I was doing after surgery--until him. He has been extremely patient, caring, kind and personable. His staff are also awesome people to work with! I have been a patient of Dr. Hainer's for well over 10 years and have had a few procedures, including, breast Implant replacement, neck lift and Botox. I originally chose Dr. Hainer because of his reputation in Rochester, Michigan as being one of the Leading and Well Respected Board Certified Plastic Surgeons in that area. I remained a long term patient because of his demonstrated and dedicated practices. 4/18/2018 Lower Facelift and Buccal Fat Removal Jawline.

Staff is top notch! Always going above and beyond fitting me in for Botox on short notice. They really take care of their patients and it shows! I've been coming to Dr. Hainer for over 10 years and have referred many of my friends and family!

Top notch staff! Always going above and beyond especially when getting me in for my Botox last minute. They NEVER hesitate to squeeze me in. I love that it is the doctor that does the injections too, to me that is very important. I have been seeing Dr.Hainer for 10 years now for multiple procedures and have referred many family and friends. All have been very pleased.

I came out of two surgeries with Dr. Hainer. Both with serious infections. He made excuses and even tried blaming me. The infection specialist confirmed the infections were from the surgery. His office nurse is horribly rude and behaves as if she is being put out by helping you. This was an all around bad experience for me.

Worst surgeon EVER!!!!!! Run the other way, horrible REPUTATION!

High risk complications attained from his work. I can NO LONGER USE MY RIGHT HAND! Infection + hit a nerve. I am FOREVER DISABLED.

I would highly recommend Dr. Hainer!! At my consultation appointment he was very informative, really took his time explaining and answering my questions about my procedure. I feel almost like family at his office with not only the Dr but his staff. My surgery went very well, and I could not be happier with my results!!

WORST PLASTIC SURGEON EVERRRRRRRRR!!!!!!!!!!!! My experiences have been a nightmare everytime - Staff is very RUDE & dismissive, the doctor shuts you up if u ask 1 question - 90 minute waiting time and 5 minute doctor interaction. - You cannot ask questions - Unsanitary conditions

I had a face iift and tummy tuck by Dr Hainer in June 2016. The results are amazing! I get tons of compliments everyday and my face looks completely natural. A true artist and a very talented surgeon. I have been a nurse for over 35 years and have worked with 100's of surgeons, so trust me when I tell you, he is good. I have several friends that are planning their touch ups with him. I also, would like to mention how wonderful and attentive his office staff is. Love all of them!!!

He made false promises about my surgeries and had to revise them. When my fat transfer failed now, he told me he through his assistant (not directly) that he was taking me off his revision schedule and I needed to go somewhere else! He is highly unprofessional, manipulative, then does not make his inadequacies right with the patient. Then, on top of everything, he abandoned me to find a correction on my own, to spend more money and did not have the guts to speak with me directly. Shameful.

Dr Hainer did my breast augmentation and he put one implant under my muscle and one over my muscle. I didn't find out until years later. So there was nothing I could do about it at the time. Don't go here
