One of the most caring Doctors I know. He has always addressed my fears an concerns. He always took his time with me to talk to me. A Doctor I can rely on an trust ????

Dr Figueroa has been my mother’s doctor in her 70’s . My mom had seen many doctors before him but he stood out among the others. He’s the most caring and knowledgeable doctor my mom has ever had. There was no internet at the time and no way to thank him for his wonderful service till now . I am sure he had served all his patients with his best as he did for my mom .

The most Awful experience I have ever had in my life, went there for almost a year to treat my injury, out of 10 visits he only saw me 3 times, his assistant which is not a doctor would do my check ups, on my final visit he had no knowledge about my file. The most unorganized , unprofessional excuse for a doctor I have ever known!!! What a complete waste of time . On Tuesday, I went to my employee physical and was seen by Dr. Figueroa. I felt violated when he was checking my breathing he put his stethoscope under my breast. After checking my breathing he checked my back and put the stethoscope under my back bra strap. A female was present, but it didn’t make a difference, he still did it.

Absolutely recommend Dr. Richard Figueroa for family and work related injuries. He is Board certified and exhibits the highest caliber of professionalism, character, and patient empathy. Whether for you, your children or spouse you cannot find a better family physician.

Horrible! Slow and uncaring! Maybe he should retire! Don't use this facility!

All way waiting for doctor, he never is on time. I feel he takes advantage of workmen comp cases. Milks the insurances and keeps patients coming back way to long.

We showed up 15 minutes early for our appointment but the doctor didn't see us until over an hour after our appointment time. When I call him on it he didn't apologize, he said 'If I'm only an hour late I'm doing good.' Furthermore, my wife was pregnant and he delayed our immigration process by requiring a polio vaccine. You can't take that while you're pregnant. She has already had the polio vaccine and he could have signed a waiver. So we went back months later after we had the baby and he says on this other vaccine is expired and you need a booster. She got that one only 6 months ago. If you're going through the immigration process go to someone else. This is by far the worst doctor patient experience I have ever experienced and when my wife left she was in tears.

After more than an hour waiting, the doctor finally appeared, but he was not interested in my health at all. He treated me as if I was a nuisance. Unfortunately I had met before bad, arrogant and unhelpful physicians in United States, but the doctor in that office is the winner.
