I was on vacation and I was having issues with my eye and they were able to get me in right away and the staff and doctor were excellent

Here are my comments about my visit with DR. BEATTY. I feel the testing of my eyes went very well and was very happy, until I called to set up a time to remove my cataract. Looking for a personal touch for your cataract surgery? Give Doc Beatty a ring. He will walk you through your needs, his suggestions re the proper lenses and some steady hands with quite a few procedures of life experience. You will be very pleased and shocked at the difference!

Richard Beatty, MD was very thorough in his examining of my eyes! I would like for him to remove my cataracts!

Dr. Beatty is extremely thorough and very professional. He takes the time to discuss your exam and make you feel comfortable with proceeding to cataract surgery. He did my husbands surgery and I have now scheduled mine.

Having to pay extra for a prescription for glasses is, in my opinion, not only unethical, but immoral.

Dr Beatty is a very caring and concerned physician who involves the patient with his care/treatment plan.

Dr Beatty and staff were 5* but the women checking in are slow and not friendly.

Dr. Beatty and his staff are thorough and nice to deal with. He does not rush you like some other doctors do.

Doctor is really good. He is perfect when my eye had a big problem and he help me. Now its very healthy

Though it was my first visit, Dr. Beatty is a very highly recommended Dr. as far as I’m concerned. Took me in on an emergency situation as soon as he heard of my problem. Very professional!

Having continued problems with dry eyes changing my vision. Had cataract surgery but it did not help enough. I like Dr. Beatty. He has an easy going attitude and is concerned. His nurse could smile once in a while.

Dr Beatty and his staff are exceptional. I have never had such a through examination before meeting Dr Beatty. He really takes his time and explains everything that he is going to do. We are so fortunate to have found him. His office staff are so professional and courtesy as well. My husband and I highly recommend him. I love dr Beatty. Would trust him for anything about my eyes! But I guess I was there on a bad day. I waited over an hour before I was seen by the doctor. The assistant forgot to give me paperwork. I had to wait a while before I could get it. It was just after 5 and everyone was trying to leave or had left.

Hello. Experience was pretty well. Did have alot of different test done on my eyes. Doctor was nice and knowledgeable. Suggested further testing at next appointment. Wait time was a bit lengthy but not terrible. Left the appointment quite dilated...difficult to drive home being very sunny. Almost blinding....

As usual long wait. Tracy, Dr. Beatty's technician is, also as usual , highly unpleasant - she has been at every visit we had. Her attitude needs major improvement. Tom received the Symfony lens with his cataract surgery, which we had discussed in detail with Dr. Beatty - it was to give him long and intermediate vision correction - and it does. What was NEVER brought up, were the nighttime halos and blinding sparkles. At the first post op visits Tom questioned these conditions and was told those would improve with time. On subsequent visits he kept mentioning these same issues with no resolve. Recently he made an appointment to specifically find a solution to this ongoing problem expecting some night time driving. Dr. Beatty response was - "do you need to drive at night ?". For the first time, at this visit, years after the surgery, he insisted, vehemently, having told us to expect the night time driving problems. He did not, he never even mentioned it in passing - I was with Tom at each appointment and can swear to this. Dr Beatty might be a good eye surgeon, but his office is poorly run, and his demeanor when questioned is dismissive. As usual long wait.
