Dr. Bauman takes great care of his patients and is very kind.

Dr. Bauman is very knowledgeable and professional. He does a great job. His Asian female assistant seemed inexperienced and clumsy at taking X-rays. Dr. Bauman is respected by two dentists and one oral surgeon I have been treated by recently.

Richard Bauman, Endodontist did an excellent job at cleaning the root canal out and resealing the tooth. Pain was minimal after. He match the color of the crown. He did not have to grind the tooth much on top. Until the pain settled down it was hard how to tell except when pain was reduced. It feels great now and I am pleased with the work.

I was told by my dentist that I was going to lose my tooth. I had developed an cyst that caused an abscess during pregnancy. However, after seen countless of endodontics my husband made the last appointment with dr. Bauman. He saw my tooth and instead of looking at my tooth like an obstacle he approached it like a challenge. He will take all of his time to answer all of your questions and very honest. He is extremely informative and doesn’t get desperate with questions. He was great when he did the surgery and very gentle. He even had my husband inside for more support. He gave me options and said if there was no crack on the tooth that I would not lose the tooth. I ended up not losing the tooth and now my tooth has recover perfectly with the bone graft and he cut out the cyst during the surgery. The team was not only excellent and dr. Bauman was informative and gentle. I also had fast recovery. I would highly recommend him and he will do his work with pride and gentleness. He also gave me proper medication for the pain and he is really good at his job. He is a profesional and an expert at his work. He will also do follow ups with you. The love he gives is excellent! Very efficient. Equipment available for quick assessment. Dr. Was pleasant. He found crack in my tooth that I wish my dentist would have. $235 later, I had to go back to dentist to get tooth pulled. During that, tooth broke off and ended up with oral surgery!

Super professional. Dr. Bauman’s office was able to get me in within a week of calling (Actually less than a week when I called with extreme pain). He answered a lot / all of my questions and went into detail in regards to how a root canal worked. The response wasn’t some canned presentation… but he actually cared and took time with the delivery. We discussed possible outcomes. Staff were very friendly and helpful. I needed a root canal and this was one place my dentist recommended. They got me in quickly (within a week) and were able to get it done. Dr. Bauman was very nice. I would recommend them to anyone!

Very professional and compassionate!

Dr. Bauman is amazing! I have no words to describe how he helped me with my tooth and saved it. He was able to find another canal inside the tooth and heal it. The doctor sincerely worries about each patient and does everything possible to eliminate the problem. Thank you again, Dr. Bauman!

Bauman Endodontics really care about their patients. I am extremely fearful of any dentist but after my husbands wonderful experience here, I wanted to fix my ongoing tooth issues. From the initial shot given with thought and care to the detail of the temporary tooth (Bauman's temporary looked better than the permant tooth from our primary dentist). Dr. Bauman did an extraordinary job on my root canal. He explained the process in depth and answered any questions that I had. More importantly, he was very caring and made my procedure as painless as possible. I highly recommend Dr. Bauman!

Ripped my wife off and lied to us, VERY shady. Another dentist made a mistake during a root canal; a drill or something got lodged in her tooth mid-procedure. They couldn't fix it so they referred us to Bauman. Bauman told my wife over the phone explicitly that her procedure would cost two hundred some-odd dollars. When she showed up, she offered to pay for the procedure up front. They declined. In addition to the procedure, Bauman ran a host of other tests and such. All said and done, they charged my wife over a thousand dollars, and when she tried to get clarification with the receptionist, the receptionist was uncaring and curt. If my wife knew they were going to charge us over a thousand dollars she wouldn't have gone through with the tests. We can't afford this. We feel ripped off, used, manipulated, and lied to. Great endodontist but was disappointed in the way they force you to use certain services that insurance won’t cover. They call it “optional” but won’t do procedure without you signing something giving them permission.

Professional staff and Dr. Bauman does a good job letting you know what is going on in the procedure, and what options are available. I am not a fan of the pain that comes with removing teeth, but not many DR's will give you their cell number.

Dr. Bauman and his team ARE EXCELLENT - this sincerely stated after two difficult root canals, one to remove a broken drill bit from another dentist! This office is amazing! Dr. Bauman and his staff are simply the best at what they do. I have gone to him for several root canal retreats (I wish I would have gone to him the first time around). This second time around I found out that he was no longer covered by my insurance, and I still went to him! His staff took excellent care of me. They set me up so I could make affordable payments. Dr. Bauman is truly amazing at what he does. He is fast so you aren't in there for hours, and makes sure he does a through job. This place is great. Dr.Richard is very patient and knowledgeable. He tells me everything he is doing. The staffs are friendly as well. They even gave me a call to ask me if my tooth is doing ok after my root canal. Appreciate it.

I can't recommend Dr Bauman highly enough. The clinic squeezed me in to deal with a terrible toothache that was keeping me up at night two weeks after giving birth. When imaging and testing revealed I needed two root canals, the staff stayed over an hour after closing to treat me and send me home pain free. This was the best experience I have had with a retractile root canal. Dr. Bauman has a lot of experience . He and his staff are very helpful and make sure that you are comfortable. I find it imperative to let people know the tale of two dentists, and how much I appreciate Dr Bauman and his staff. During the covid pandemic I have had some difficulties with my teeth, needing urgent care. Initially my regular dentist's office was not open, so I contacted Dr. Bauman's office to see if they could see me. I have been to see him previously for an extraction and bone graft. The office staff asked that I call from my car upon arrival. They then met me at the door and took my temperature, with mask and gloves, and protective eye wear on. They then allowed me into the room making sure there would be no other contact. There are shields at the reception desk and EVERYONE was wearing a mask, washing frequently, and acting as though they care about my health, and their own. (I am high risk, with heart failure). Conversely, I went to my regular dentist today, and had an experience that I perceived as a failure. No shields at reception, no masks, no gloves, no safe covid practices, and other patients in the waiting room WITHOUT MASKS TOO CLOSE TO ME!!! I literally had to step away from them. When the dental assistant came to reception to get me, her mask was around her neck, no gloves, no glasses or face shield. As I walked by a room where a patient was being worked on, another dental assistant was standing two feet from a patient with her mask only covering her mouth, not her nose! When we got to my room and the dental assistant stepped near me to begin, I HAD TO ASK HER TO PUT HER MASK ON!!!! My dentist was masked, but no protective eye wear. When it was time to step out front to make another appointment I was offered a seat at reception (remember, no shields, no masks!). I chose to stand six feet back. As I was making my appointments another patient came into reception and walked straight up to the receptionist; 3 feet apart, no masks on either. I truly felt compromised today. I feel that my health was not at all a concern and that their attitude was FAR too cavalier. It sincerely made me appreciate Dr. Bauman and his staff so much more fully!! I'm so impressed, & I'm super peticular about any providers I see! Dr. Bauman is extremely knowledgeable and he takes the time to thouroughly read through your chart before you come in, has a great bedside manner and is completely focused on your peticular situation and your health as a whole. Definitely tries to get you in asap if you feel that you are having an emergency and will stay late. Dr. Bauman is definitely the best of the best, is completely honest (I thought I needed a root canal and with his very thorough examination and very detailed ct images, he informed me I did not! I was prepared to spend over $1600 for everything, ended up leaving at only $225 for his excellent examination and imaging, he also went above a beyond to put me out of pain till I could get into a regular dentist, as I don't have dental insurance) and he takes his time and explains everything in layman's terms, that really made me feel super confident in him as a provider especially when he was able to walk me through things about my mouth that I didn't even know. He invests in top of the line equipment, so I can tell he cares! Glad I came off a trusted recommendation. Hi my name is Jennifer and my experience with Dr. Bauman and his staff is more then a Five Star experience. I’ve never came across a more friendly, kind, CARING dentist place. Dr. Bauman did a root canal on one tooth and we scheduled an appointment for one more. But before I could get to that appointment my tooth developed an infection and was sooooo painful. This is the first major tooth issue I have ever had and for most of my life I had heard the horror stories about root canal surgery. Dr. Bauman and his staff were outstanding in explaining the process and making me feel comfortable and at ease. The result was an experience without a bit of pain or discomfort and I believe that the education and discussion is a healthy part of the solution. I've had a lot of trauma in my mouth with dental work in the past, so I was VERY NERVOUS about getting a root canal. Dr. Bauman is NOW MY FAVORITE!!! (And his all his helpers and office staff were awesome too!) He was understanding, gentle, kind, patient and helped me with ALL my nervous needs. My root canal turned out great, my pain level and inflammation levels were addressed before hand and it was smooth sailing!! I was a very difficult patient for Dr Bauman to find the correct tooth that was bad. I have a lot of gum recession on one of my teeth that I thought was giving me problems and while Dr. Bauman was trying to get a baseline all my teeth hurt. (I don't like pain) Dr. Bauman was VERY patient with me and took his time to find the correct tooth that was bothering me. Turned out my back tooth was cracked. I was very nervous going into my appointment. Dr. Bauman was very kind and listened to my concerns and talked me through everything before my procedure. I was very impressed with how he took the time to make sure I was comfortable throughout the entire procedure, and followed up by explaining everything that occurred, and expectations afterwards. I was dreading having another root canal. Boy was I surprised. The ladies at the front desk were amazing and the lady that worked with the dr. was amazing. Dr. Bauman and his entire staff were so empathetic when I had a recent issue--and even as a new patient they had never met! They went out of their way to get me in after hours on a Friday night for an emergency root canal. Not only did they get me in, but they were very understanding and gentle. I needed an emergency root canal and they were able to get me in same day. It was a pleasant experience from the front desk to the "dreaded chair". Dr. Bauman is the shot master, i didn't even feel the needle when he was numbing. His staff is friendly and kind and make your needs their absolute priority. I thought it was very professional that they called me a few days later to check-in and make sure that all was well. While I hope not to see Dr. Bauman anytime soon (because I hope I don't have to have another root canal soon), if I do, I know that it will be a great and painless experience. Ok, let's be honest, nobody likes to have a root canal re-done. This is the second root canal Dr. Bauman has done for me (from other dentists over the years). I can't say enough positives about my experience with Dr. Bauman's office. His front staff is so friendly and efficient. I believe the lady's name is Jeddy and she is amazing at making you feel welcomed and appreciated. I've never experienced a Dr. as thorough and complete as Dr. Bauman. He documents your treatment with photos throughout the process that he then reviews with you after the procedure. I literally did not even need an aspirin after the procedure or through the afternoon/evening. Best possible outcome for me. From my personal experiences I highly recommend Dr. Bauman. I appreciated Dr. Bauman's persistence in making sure my root canal was as complete as possible. He also explained all the procedures before hand so I felt comfortable with all the procedures.

My dentist noticed that there was an issue with a root canal that I had done years ago and Bauman got me in promptly to resolve it. I went in knowing I needed a root canal based on having them before and the severity of pain I was in, especially to cold. When Dr. Bauman was trying to diagnose which tooth needed work, I was sensitive on more than one tooth (I do not like pain) yet he was VERY patient and took his time to determine which tooth was giving me the problem. He correctly diagnosed and treated the proper tooth and gave me relief so I could sleep and eat once again. THANK YOU Dr. Bauman
