I didn't like his staff right from the beginning when I walked up to the counter. The receptionist didn't smile or say Hi. She just asked for photo ID and Insurance Card. Part of the job is to greet your patients and FAKE a smile if you have too. The best thing to do is they should find a job where they can look grouchy or don't deal with customers. Moving on to the doctor, he said some inappropriate things about animals! I'm just going to another allergist. Wish I could put more on here!
