I recently had a umbilical hernia surgery performed by Dr. Moscoso. This Doctor and his staff were very professional and knowledgeable. I highly recommend him, and would use him again if the need arises.

I take my ppo streight to Dr Mascoso when I get a hernia. He ll patch me up good as new.

Really nice and caring. If the nurse or people working up front say they will do something they keep their word. They call back and are willing to fax or give you a copy of anything you need. Very good service

I had a great experience with Dr. Moscoso and his staff. I found out I had gallstones in November and my PCP sent a referral to a GI doctor at Bon Secour. Their office never contacted me. I contacted my PCP again and sent a referral to Dr. Moscoso's office. Within 24 hrs I was contacted and seen. He and his staff were very professional and great to work with. Had my gallbladder removed and I was in no pain afterwards and returned to work the following week. Thank you Dr. Moscoso and all of your staff for everything! Dr. Moscoso is the definition to the term, "Attention to Detail" I could not have been more pleased or impressed by the time and patience this man takes. Also, if I may throw in there; my appointment was on a Monday. The Friday before, their amazing and most friendly staff, just began to relocate offices!! Talk about having it together while still providing amazing communication, excellent patient service/treatment oh and don't forget...all while physically relocating offices. Liked him very much. Good reputation. Pleasant, kind professional.

Used mesh on me when I told him I was allergic. Instead he told me it was completely safe and he didn't want to use stitches it would take to do stitches for 4 hernias. Now I have major scR tissue and a gapeing hole in my stomach clothing doesn't fit right. Not to forget the pump I wore for a year to clean out the infection from the surgical site. The doctor did not seem to share my opinion that thier was something wrong on my right side. He's giving me a couple more months for things to settle down. I wonder why they settle down on the left side and in my belly button but not the right side at all. I guess all I can do is just wait. : (

Took my gallbladder out few years back, operated on my wife few years back getting ready for hernia operation on 3 October. Always very professional, takes his time to explain the procedure and answers all questions.

Had a great experience with Dr. Moscoso. It was a first visit and he was very clear and concise with what was happening. The procedure was done all in one visit and overall a great experience.

Everything the Dr. said from initial visit. His exclamation of procedure, risks, benefits, aftercare, was all explained. Day of surgery was perfection. Follow up was smooth as silk. AWESOME Dr. that really cares.

First time as a patient with Dr. Moscoso. He made a very good impression on me. His examination was through and he explained my problem in a manor I completely understood. Very friendly and made sure all of my questions were answered.

Dr. Moscoso was very professional and attentive to my concerns. He listened to my concerns and addressed all my questions. I didn’t feel like I was rushed during my pre-op and post-op checks. His staff is also very responsive to reply to calls. This means a lot to me!

After being referred by GI, I was awaiting a call from Dr. Moscoso's office to try to be seen before the holidays. His staff called me at 8:06am, bright and early, to see if I could come in and wait as a work in appointment for the day. The medical secretary was so friendly, cheerful, and professional; she made a great first impression. The nurse was kind, knowledgeable, and made me feel at ease, in a completely uneasy situation! Dr. Moscoso examined me and determined that I needed an office procedure. Even though I was a work in appointment, he never made me feel rushed or pressured. He was patient and answered all of my questions. During the exam and procedure he was gentle, which was a very good thing in my case, and also very thorough. He explained everything as he went along and I knew I was in good hands. I am so grateful that I was able to be worked in to the schedule that day, and so very grateful that everyone was just so friendly to me, while being professional at the same time! Very friendly and thorough. Office visits aren’t a challenge as both times I visited he was late more than 50 minutes for my appointment. Staff was friendly but did not provide any communication during my wait. I had to leave my room to ask when I would see the doctor. Everything else was good.

I was in so much pain and really needed to get my gallbladder removed and as soon as I came in to Dr. Moscoso’s office he did not hesitate to get me into surgery the next day! I was really pleased with how my surgery went and that my incisions that he made were so tiny and are healing so well! Glad to no longer be in pain!!! Thank you so much again!

Dr. Moscoso examined me, I found him to be thorough, thoughtful and professional with a gentle bed-side manner. The staff was friendly and followed COVID-19 safety protocols. I recommend Dr. Moscoso to anyone requiring his skill sets.

Dr. Moscoso was very good, very professional. He diagnosed my problem and explained it in detail in a way that I could understand. And he told me what I could do about it. Horrible customer service, especially Jackie who answers the phone. I can't even get my MRI results. I also waited over 90 minutes for my initial consultation. Dr. Moscoso and his staff made me feel cared for and confident about my surgery. Everything was clearly explained, with all my questions answered.

Ricardo Moscoso is a wonderful doctor who makes the hardest problem seemless. He explained everything from start to finished. His staff was just as friendly and both check on you throughout.

From my initial contact with this office from Alicia, office staff I was impressed. The care and professionalism laced with friendliness. The paperwork and interview were thorough. I was impressed by Dr. Moscoso showing such concern and asking questions and pointing out some things I did not think of. Dr. Moscoso is a fine physician. He a big guy with a gentle nature. He takes the time to explain your condition and the treatment with simple and easy instructions. I would definitely recommend him to anyone having surgery. In my case I had to have emergency surgery, but I am so glad he was on duty that day. He did an excellent job. May God continue to Bless him and guide him.

Very pleased with the doctor and the staff also. Everyone was kind and understanding. I was very nervous and they really helped make me comfortable.

Excellent bedside manners, listens to the patient and their concerns. He addresses each concern with the utmost compassion. If you have to have any type of surgery, this is the only Dr. I would even consider going to.

Dr Moscoso helped my son Michael feel much better after he removed the cyst in Michael's back. Dr Moscoso is very good with disabled adults. Michael is a disabled adult and my son. Need a surgeon see Dr Moscoso.

What a great doctor and staff. The waiting room is extremely small, that is the only downside. People these days are so inconsiderate and self-centered. Not giving up their seat to older or sicker people with canes, no hair (chemo possibly). That was the ACTUAL scene today. That is hard to see and makes me sad to be a human honestly. I love Dr. Moscoso. Cool doctor. Love his nurse too. Honestly the entire staff are such sweethearts. A sign that the doctor is nice behind the scenes too, and they are happy to be at work.
