Outstanding.....well educated, explained procedure easily, completed and had little pain or problem. Will see if have other significant problems.

Worst place I’ve ever been too he is mean and nasty didn’t numb me up enough and didn’t care I waited 30 min while he saw other patients and the little numbness I had was wearing off,he has zero bedside manner and I was told he the hygienist he doesn’t like crying or moving... when you are already scared to have awake oral surgery do not come here worst office ever!! Zero starts given time he closed his practice

Went in to get a tooth extracted. Zero stress. Doctor and assistant are very friendly and professional. Put me at ease immediately, no pain at all. Office staff is pleasant. Highly recommended !

I am honestly shocked by the bad reviews and ratings by other patients. I had a great experience with Dr. Alexander and his office staff. The staff was kind, scheduling an appointment was easy, and there was little to no wait time. My extraction procedure was done quickly and without any complications. Dr. Alexander explained the procedure clearly and answered my questions.

An absolutely traumatic experience. The doctor and staff were extremely insensitive to any concerns I had prior to surgery. I was yelled at in the chair for being nervous, shaking my leg and having “bad veins”. Would never recommend to anyone. It seems the doctor might have had a good career prior, but there comes a point where one must call it a day and retire.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE! I was so nervous to have a tooth extracted and he did not make me feel comfortable at all. They did x rays and he began looking at my tooth( very rough) with the door open and everyone could see. He was extremely rude, when I began to get upset because of my nerves he yelled at me and I left the office. I had a horrible feeling in my gut the whole time and I would rather pay out of pocket for extraction then have him do it.

I had the same experience as another person on here. I had to ask for more novocaine as I could feel what he was doing. When I said I could still feel it, he yelled at me - that it was infected so that was making the novocaine not work. Of course a piece broke off in the gum and had to go digging around for it...worst experience of my life. If you want a drill sergeant with no sympathy or bedside manner or you like pain this is your guy!

I tried to get an appointment. and told the receptionist. I had an emergency and need to get an inflamed tooth pulled. She told me she couldn't let me come today and that they were going on vacation for 16 days. Then she said I should find another dentist. She was very rude and I would never call them again
