Dr. Hickey is a wonderful neurologist. As a medical professional myself I am impressed with her professionalism & wealth of knowledge. She is attentive, caring, honest and extremely supportive. If she doesn’t have thevanswer to a question she tells you and researches the information.. She never rushes through an appointment and listens to the issues. She supports you for as long as you need her and does not dismiss even the slightest of symptoms. I highly recommend d Dr. Hickey.

I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Hickey. She spent a lot of time as I am a new patient. She was very thorough and very easy to talk to. She is also a very good listener.

This doctors office as a whole must be the biggest group of incompetent people I have unfortunately ever had to witness. The reason I am leaving this review instead of the patient is because for the past 4 days she has had a debilitating migraine and cannot look at the screen. For days we have tried to get through to Dr. Hickey and simply have her approve a medication that (she prescribed for the past 3 months) so the pharmacy can give the patient the relief she needs. This patient also has other health issues and cannot have this much unnecessary stress going on. For the past 4 days I have watched the patient do everything in her power to get through to Dr. Hickey and her staff of useless airheads only to be left crying in pain with no answers other than âwe will call you back by the end of the dayâ which never happens. DO NOT go to this Doctor if you think that you might need any sort of help or attention because you simply will not receive it. In fact, I suggest the people that work here all get THEIR heads checked because I have never seen such horrible medical service (and not to mention a complete lack of empathy) in my entire life. Do yourself a favor and GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.
