Dr. Regina Ann Boling

I would never recommend this dentist. I’m going to keep my feelings out of this post and just state what happened. I went in to have an extraction on one tooth and a cap on the other. She gave me two shots sat there for a minute and asked if I was numb yet. She started drilling and hit a sensitive spot. I flinched and she stopped and waited for a minute. After a few seconds she started again. She hit the same spot again and I said that hurts. She put the drill down and immediately started pulling it out with me screaming. I was charged $208 for a cleaning. No X-rays were taken, and the Dr was so rough doing her initial visual exam it stunned me. This was my first time there. The lady who did the cleaning was excellent though, her touch was feather smooth. But I was stunned at the price. A 20 minute cleaning shouldn't cost over $200. Note to self: if you can get in the same day, you should probably stay way. When people are busy it's because they are in demand, and the opposite is true. I was charged $208 for a cleaning. Hadn't had dental work done in years, was understanding and worked out a cleaning schedule that would get me back on track. Very professional, very pleased with the whole experience.

Really nice people and very helpful. I highly recommend her. Concerning some of the bad reviews: Just read the responses by the owner to clarify the truth. Concerning dental insurance: Each individual needs to educate themselves and understand their insurance policy before they use it. It's your responsibility first and not the doctors! Dr. Boling had been my dentist for 7 years. She is thorough, steady with hands, knowledgeable, pleasant and listens to her patients when they want something done to improve their smile. I am so glad I chose Dr. Regina Boiling as my dentist! She is the BEST!

We have used Dr. Boling in the past with no issues. Things change. Be sure to ask the correct question. Do not ask "Do you still accept this insurance?", but do ask, "Do you still accept this insurance, and are you in-network?". You would think a healthcare provider would have the decency to let you know that they are no longer in-network, however, if you don't ask you will find out that they could care less about the patient. Partly my fault for trusting the doctor. Hard lesson learned. The old saying goes, "Rip me off once shame on you, rip me off twice shame on me." It seems like a doctor would want return business. We will not be back.

Dr. Regina Boling is an excellent dentist! She has been my dentist for 7 years. She is very knowledgeable and listens to her patients when they need something done to improve the looks of their teeth. She is very pleasant and caring too. I think she is the best there is!

Can not give a zero. Wife went to this establishment and has xrays.Told tooth had to be pulled and could not be saved.She was give anti biotics and told to come in on 3-7-2019. Office called on morning of appointment and said dentist was sick. After several phone calls with employees was told that they wanted to send to another dentist because they felt job was too much for this office. A simple extraction really?? Oh well just goes to show you when you walk in if they are also selling make up to make money to run away. Everyone please stay away from this business. Can not give a zero. I went to get my teeth cleaned and every time I went in it was oh your insurance hasn't approved it yet. I went 3 different times and each time it was a charge to me and my insurance. (my insurance pays for 2 free cleanings a year) They just milked me for the insurance money. When I told them I wasn't going to pay the balance owed on my side because I didn't receive any service they turned it in to the credit service and it affects my credit score. I was new to the area and needed some dental work done because of a very bad accident and she was helpful, professional and very kind. As a mater of fact I have recommended several people to her.

What would have have done without Dr. Boling and her staff..I really feel comfortable and perfectly safe in her care. If I have a question, she is there to answer them. I am proud that my Employer (Walmart in Cleveland Ga), and my home office Workers Comp Case Manager has allowed me to use Dr. Boling. Thank you so much!!!

Dr. Boling is professional and gentle when she works. She took her time explaining the procedure to me and she has done an excellent job. It was hard finding a decent dentist in the area, but I must say Dr. Boling is the absolute best.

This office is amazing. So helpful and understanding. Her assistant and herself are on point. Very organized. I can't thank them enough for helping my large family. Extremely patient with children. They have taken care of all of our needs and concerns in such a satisfactory way you won't be disappointed. Never have to wait to be seen. They don't over schedule. I usually dont do reviews but I have to for this woman & her staff! Her & Nikki have been absolutely amazing with me! I've had a lot of work done & need quite a bit more & they have handled me with such care! I use to hate the dentist, but Dr. Boling has been outstanding. So much so, I couldn't see myself going to anybody else! When I say they literally gave me my smile back, I mean it! Thank y'all again for everything! Dr. Boling is a very professional young lady. love, love, love her staff. Niki is the sweetest and most helpful young girl Dr. Boling puts you at ease made me feel so comfortable and it was the best experience I ever had with a dentist. My family will never go to another dentist. Very affordable they make you feel like family.

Seemed very uncaring to my husbands needs. Would not recommend to anyone. One month later and he is still in severe pain.

Dr. Boling performed a few cavity fillings for my son. Before work was done I asked about an estimate. She estimated around $200 minimum from her health insurance book, possibly 100-150 more depending on the severity of the other teeth. During the procedure, she didn't wait for the numbing medicine to take effect, NEITHER did she give my son antibiotics before his fillings. She did white fillings over silver fillings (I didn't even know there was an option) and my insurance didn't cover it. She also gave him medicine in the tooth, that my insurance didn't cover, and a couple other things my insurance didn't cover. I just received a bill for over $1,000 AFTER I've already paid her $225!!! The receptionist, Faith, ARGUED with me over the phone about this and even admitted herself they should have done a preauthorization. If you have dental work to be done, PLEASE do not go to Dr. Regina Boling. It will save you a headache in the long run. I wouldn't even trust them with a cleaning. It was a mistake going there... Dr. Boling is an amazing dentist!! I hate going to the dentist, but Dr. Boling is very gentle and extremely patient. I wouldn't go to any other dentist, and highly recommend her to anyone with dentophobia!!

I wouldn't go to anyone else other than Dr. Boling!! I hate going to the dentist. But not Dr. Boling - she is amazing. She is gentle, patient, and I have only had positive experiences with her. That says a lot as I am truly afraid of going to the dentist. I highly recommend her to anyone, but particularly anyone out there with dentophobia!!

I wouldn't recommend Dr. Boling to anyone. She did a cavity filling on my son. Two of his teeth were not doing good AT ALL. One was already abscessed (we had no idea, he never complained with them). She agreed to do the work and we had a price of a minimum of 200, possibly a little more (100-150) depending on the other teeth. I received my bill, AFTER paying $225, and it was over $1,000!! She also started working on my son before the numbing medication even had time to take affect! DO NOT GO!!!
