I have been going here for years and Dr. Sandy Honeycutt is the best! She was able to diagnose my vertigo the same day I had an office visit and immediately had her associate do a procedure that fixed this issue. I had been to several ENTs for chronic sinus infections and with little to no improvement, she was able to establish a regime that did not include antibiotics every time which has significantly lessens the number of infections. If you are looking for a great ENT that has a positive outlook, willing to think outside the box and is thorough than make an appt with Dr. Honeycutt. Dr surkin and honeycutt are the absolute best

I called to schedule an appointment after receiving a referral in the mail to be seen here. Mind you, the referral states, “Ear, Nose, Throat, Peduatrics”. Upon calling, Phyllis, the receptionist answering the phones, highly rude. The call lasted about a minute. In inquiring if they were taking new patients, she cut me off mid sentence and informed me they were booked until March. I stated that was okay. She asked what it was that I needed to be seen for and I informed her it was to establish care for me child. She rudely informed me, “we don’t see anyone under the age of 18.” I then in exchange tried to ask her a question TWICE after and each time she cut me off stating, “we don’t see anyone under the age of 18.” Starting again for the third time, I informed her that I just have a question. She began to cut me off again but stopped once she heard my repl of wanting to ask a question. After I was able to complete my sentence she then stated, “what is it that you need that I can help you with?!” I have two children. Only needed care for one. If this is the tone of this establishment and knowing that she may be the person to check me in, no need for my business. First impressions are lasting. I don't normally do bad reviews for places, but seeing as the stakes are high in a medical situation, I gotta go ahead. After waiting about an hour and 15 minutes after my scheduled appointment time to see the doctor, I was shown into an examining room that seemed to be from the 1980s. Ever seen a Kodak slide carousel before? Now I have! At the ENT doctor's! I'll be honest I'm down with an 80's vibe (friends don't lie) in most situations, I generally want my medical professionals to be up to date. The doctor walked by my room after 10 more minutes of waiting, said "I'll be right in!" and immediately started at appointment with another guy, who also had been waiting forever. Not much to say but he's the guy to go to. Really wants to help you and always makes himself available. Great bedside manner and very patient.

Dr. Lesser corrected my deviated septum and removed two small cysts in my nasal passage in July of 2015. Dr. Lesser and his staff were nothing but professional, knowledgeable, caring and focused on my needs. The facility where my procedure was done was clean and the atmosphere was friendly. The staff at the facility possessed the same attributes as did Dr. Lesser's staff. The procedure went well, I recovered quickly and have experienced no problems. I am approaching 1 year since the procedure.
