Excellent physician that takes his time. His office staff is amazing and polite. I was accommodated last minute on a busy day and was seen quickly. I definitely recommend this practice! I wish I could give them more stars because it’s hard these days to find an office run like this!

Dr Ferguson is knowledgeable, professional and has an excellent manner that puts you at ease. He is by far the Best podiatrist I have ever worked with. I would highly recommend him!

One of the worst experiences. Called from garage 2:20 (for 2:45 appointment) they told me to come on up. Left the office a 4:00, without being seen by doctor. When I left I saw that a patient who had a 3:00 appointment had been seen before me and was already leaving.

Dr. Ferguson is an excellent doctor. He has a terrific bedside manner. He takes the time to answer all your questions and thoroughly explains things. The staff is friendly and official is clean.

Dr Ferguson is informative and listens to concerns. Extremely knowledgeable and caring. This is a surgeon that does not look to do surgery quickly and is extremely trustworthy. Thank you for taking such good care of your patients!

Dr .Ferguson is the best doctor, I have had several foot surgeries with him and never any problems. My entire family uses him excellent beside manner and just a great person through out .

Dr Ferguson saved my foot from amputation after stepping on a nail, which csused a bone infection. Several doctors all wanted to amputated either my entire foot or my pinky toe. Dr Ferguson admitted me to North Shore Hospital, where not only did he ssve my entire foot but more importantly saved my life. Dr. Ferguson is an amazing doctor. I had a foot surgery for a bone spur by a surgeon in a city, not sure what exactly he did that my healing process extended from 4 weeks to 4 months. I got infection and all sorts of issues. I am so glad that I found Dr. Ferguson, who is a life saver, he helped healing the infection and took his time during every visit. Its worth dealing with inefficient staff for Dr. Ferguson visits! He is very attentive and caring doctor who truly cares for his patients!

Carole, the office manager, is severely lacking in customer service skills.She is inattentive to patients and uncooperative.I needed her to type a letter to the airlines because I couldn't fly due to a broken foot. She was contrary and oppositional about who to address the letter to and how to spell my name.Carole made a total of 3 mistakes causing me to wait 20 mins for her to redo the letter and get the doctor's signature. She was unapologetic.Office is so crowded that many of us had to stand.

I brought by daughter to see Dr Ferguson. He was awesome. Took his time with her and explained everything so she was able to understand what was going on. Her definitely took his time with her

I went to the doctor on Tuesday, with left foot pain. Met the doctor for less then 3 minutes, and he send me to do MRI, and Blood works. and he gets the result on Thursday, and since then, I am trying to find out the result, and calling his office and he still not getting back to me. My wife went to his office,and they told her that he is very busy, BUT he will call you by the end of the day, Which he Never did. I really do not understand what kind of a doctor never call back his patients. I will never recommend this doctor to any one I went to the doctor on Tuesday, with left foot pain. My appointment was at 9:30am on 5/10/2017. I arrived at 9:40 am. At about 10:45 am I asked the office attendants behind the desk, when would I be called in to see the doctor. One of the females stated, you'll be next, they are fixing up the room for you. 2 minutes later they summoned to see another woman who had a 9:45am appointment. When asked, they responded, she was here before you. I said, but my appointment is before her appt. & I'm here now. Bad business and improper.

He is like a life size cartoon ! His personality is great ! I only wish his staff was more efficient ! He goes out of his way to help the patient . He knows his area of expertise ! I am willing to wait for him when he is in surgrey for my office visit , sometimes he runs late and that is fine ! I would like him to take his time If I am ever on his OR table ! ! Again DR Ferguson is a one of a kind Doctor goes above and beyond to make sure I am well take care of in his hands !!
