I would like to share my experience. Having Dr Monson here in Saint Augustine A pain Management Specialist. I have been a patient of his for almost 10 years chronic lower back pain. He has tried to help me with helpful hints and pain injections. All worked for awhile. Now this new procedure. ENDOCSOPIC FACET DENERVATION MEDIAL BRANCH NERVE SEPERATION. Procedure is a in/out patient. I am on my third week now after surgery. I am able to walk normally. Do outside work bend down and get up with no pain. NO PAIN. Thank you Dr Monson and your staff for your help.

Dr. Monzon is a miracle worker. I have been searching for a doctor like him for years and I will never change to anyone else ever again. He told me what I needed to do in order for my pain to go away and I followed it to a T. I am now pain free. If you are looking for an amazing doctor in the North Florida area, Dr Monzon is your man.

He fat shamed me. I left the office and sat in my car crying. Horrible horrible bedside manner. My first visit I wasn't tickled about but I am in too much pain I needed help. The injection did nothing to ease the pain. I'm not sure he actually did anything. Went back for follow up and after fat shamming I walked out.

He gave no options for pain except injections. I learned of a tens unit on my own. Learned he would not treat me if I took CBD oil or got a medical marijuana card for pain. His staff is wonderful.

Dr Raul Monzon and his staff are awesome . They work as a team and are great at it . Maria works at the front desk is very knowledgeable and very pleasant . Your in good hands with Dr Raul Monzon . Thank You Dr Monson

I have been out of sever pain for years now, no surgery Dr Monzon found a treatment for me that last 8-10 months. Dr monzon's bed side manor is also 5 star, funny, caring, and a good listener to what my pain is. I highly recommend anyone with pain see Dr. Monzon before surgery! 10/6/2020

I have been going to this office for years now. Everyone there is friendly, knowledgeable, fun, and they don't rush to push you out the door. I was in the office yesterday and he spotted something I didn't realize and saved me from having to plan another doctor appointment! I am ever so grateful for everyone there. I really do not feel as if I am going to the doctors. Dr Monzon will work with you and he will be honest. The staff will make you feel comfortable and welcomed. This is the place I trust the most! Dr Monzon and his staff are wonderful. They make you feel very comfortable and welcome. Dr Monzon by far is the best at doing injections. I honestly had no pain at all. Compared to Orthopaedic Assoc where the pain was so excruciating it was off the charts. I highly recommend Dr Monzon to all my family and friends. Dr. Monzon is the best at giving injections. I had a sacroiliac injection this morning and it was the best I ever had. He seriously knows what he is doing and does them very well. I had injections at Orthopedic Associates that nearly killed me. He is a wonderful doctor and makes you feel comfortable and welcome. He has a very friendly and caring staff. very professional, DR and his staff including front desk. I have been using Dr Momzon for last 4-5 yeas lumbar injections for slipped disc . Dr Monson always leaves me pain free with in 1-2 days after treatment, last between 8-10 months. I am a very Happy patient. Highly recommend Dr Monson with 5 stars!

On my first vista I found the doctor has a very nice bed side manner. He was honest, to the point and told me what procedures were right for me per my diagnosis. The doctors also reviewed all of my X-ray and MRI results.

Extremely rude unprofessional and unsanitary place of business.The Doctor needs to get over himself, he is not the only Doctor in the world!

Dr. Monzon refused to see me for a new issue today, because I had gone elsewhere for spinal cord stimulator surgery. The reason I went elsewhere was due to his staff telling me they would have great difficulty getting approval for SCS from my insurance. That did not fill me with confidence. Unfortunately this did not come to mind while Dr. Monzon was refusing to see me, because I had gone elsewhere. My husband reminded me upon my return home. So, I can hardly rate this Dr. Any higher at all due to his attitude. Such ego is most unfortunate. Dr. Monzon is right. I will be better off with the practice that I drive one hour to access. They had no issue at all getting approval for my spinal cord stimulator. It is a shame, as I was wanting to get treated locally for my new problems. Very friendly staff and Dr. Monzon really helped. They whole office really cares. The doc is really funny which makes the experience that much easier. I had been on pain medication for 30 years and the doc gave me a few shots and now I am pain free with a clear head without taking those heavy medications.

I will not be able to brag enough about Dr Monzon and the incredible teamwork I see between everyone. I do not feel as if I am going to the doctors office. I feel as if I am going to visit friends. I have met quite a few doctors these past 2 yrs but none of them are as caring, attentive, friendly, understanding, patient, and try as hard to resolve the pain issue as he does. I adore everyone in the office. They always have a smile, kind word, interested in the patients, great teamwork, a lot of playfulness, and joking. The staff really go the extra mile! Dr. Monzon eradicated my knee pain without narcotics. I had torn meniscus on both knees and a Baker's cyst on my right knee. He performed the first procedure in August and now I came back for the second knee. He used my own platelets, injected it in my knee so my body could regenerate itself! Now I am pain free. The procedure was fast and it didn't hurt. I am very appreciative for his expertise, kind demeanor, and passion for what he does. His staff was efficient and very attentive to my needs. Dr. Monzon is a conservative, experienced doctor who focuses on the whole patient's well-being. Unlike other pain doctors, he eradicates pain using state of the art technology and with the latest methodologies, not just narcotics. He treated me using my own blood platelets that allowed my body to regenerate my meniscus. I am now pain-free. I highly recommend Dr. Raul Monzon.

I 've met Dr. Monzon 4 year ago +- he has taken care my lower back and neck problems they are curtsies, him and his staff are impeccable professionals always with attention to the patients health if you feel nervous about injections if you ask he will provided you will be relax through the procedure you will need some one to drive you home, you wont feel anything, I have recommended Dr. Monzon to my entire family.

The following is my personal experience and is my personal opinion. I Wish there was 0 stars. After suffering for many years with Fibromyalgia, I went to this clinic today to find alternatives to pain meds. I was treated like a drug seeker. Even though I said many times I do not want pain meds. I know there is an epidemic of abuse but not everyone who has ever taken pain meds abuses they or even takes them as often as they are prescribed. I have been prescribed them for years and want something different. I know I’ll never be without pain completely, but I drove 45 minutes to see someone who supposedly reviewed my record and said he could help me. He was abrasive and refused to hear what I was saying because he and his nurse had already decided that I was a drug seeker. I left there in tears. Worst experience with a Dr. in my entire life. The best Pain Management Doctor in the North East Coast, very knowledgeable in chronic pain from back , joints and nerve pain.
