Dr. Raquel S Watkins

Dr. Watkins and her staff were exceptional and very friendly, from the front desk ladies to the nurse to the medical assistant and Dr Watkins. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone who needs an allergist!

I have had major sinus infections at least 3-4 times a year, puffy eyes and congestion during the spring and finally decided to see Dr. Watkins for the first time. Once checked in I was immediately called to the back. All the staff was very friendly. Dr. Watkins drew out on paper what could possibly be the reason for my symptoms in terms and ways I completely understood. She took the time to hear what was going on with me and assured me we would get to the bottom of it. After taking the skin prick test, I already knew what direction we was going from the conversation with Dr. Watkins. Dr. Watkins came back once the test was completed and went over some options that we choose together as a solution. It has been two months and I have never felt better since my visit. Dr. Watkins changed my life for the better. Wish I went to her two years earlier.

Dr. Watkins is a caring, understanding physician whom I have trusted for years for my care and for my daughters. She is a good diagnostician and is generally punctual.

This clinic exemplifies professionalism and hospitality! From the second I walked in the door the personnel was very informative about insurance coverage, welcoming, and efficient in the check-in process. The medical assistant was very sweet, intelligent, and comforting. The doctor was relatable, and very knowledgeable about her profession . If I could give 10 stars I would.

This office has a poorly trained receptionist and for them it's all about money not helping patients. They make decisions on peoples ability to pay without even speaking to them. Dont waste your time...I have never seen such a lack of compassion ever

Because of Dr. Watkins' exceptional treatment and management of my allergies in a family-friendly environment, I have been strongly recommending that my friends and family members immediately contact her office to make an appointment to consult with her. Of interest, I had been suffering with Bronchitis and Sinusitis for many years before my PCP referred me to see Dr. Watkins for resolution. In addition, her superb staff operates at a level which consistently exceeds my expectations.

Dr. Watkins is a great doctor. We brought our son for related eccema and skin allergies. Dr Watkins performed the necessary tests before proceeding with any treatments. We found out things we didn’t know concerning my son’s allergies. After the second visit, my sons conditions started to clear and his skin quickly improved. It’s been a year and a half now and we have only returned onece for a follow up. In addition, Dr. Watkins is very professional, caring and personable. She’s a great listener!

I always leave feeling like I know more about what's going on with me.

Experience was very similar to the other "1 star" on here. She rushed and brief every time I saw her. I was trying to get educated on how not to be bedridden from allergies during certain parts of the year. Did tests. Tested high for things. Still rushed. I would think "Wow, I am paying this practice to see me. I can't imagine if I treated my clients like this." I've found another doctor that would help me understand what is happening, especially during certain times of year, and how to prevent

I am impressed by the time Dr. Watkins spends with me to make sure I understand everything. She is very thorough.

Dr. Watkins is kind and really listens. With a few tests she was able to determine the cause of my breathing issues. I have not had one episode since Dr. Watkins created a plan to help me avoid future attacks. Thank you - Dr. Watkins!

Never recommend this Doctor or Office. To much about the money & rush you through. You HAVE to be persistent, to get what you need done. Saw them with all symptoms of sinusitis, gave me nothing for it, other than antihistamine. Next day had fever, called their office and they wanted me to come back it. Not happening! Seeing my primary & finding another Allergist. Sad we can't trust Drs or their Staff. Amanda could be a liability to this doctor/office and not an asset. Hope this saves others.
