Phenomenal surgeon who cares only for the best outcome for his patient. He is kind, direct, thorough to no end. He tells you the truth and is kind to all emotions. I’d much rather have a surgeon who is honest and knows exactly what he’s doing than one who j sugar coats. He and his entire staff are the best.

Dr. Gutta was a godsend after seeing multiple vascular specialists. He listened to my concerns and took the time to explain things in a way that made sense (not doctor speak). He even grabbed a marker and drew a diagram for me. Not only that, but he also took the time to confer with another doctor. I’m forever grateful to have found Dr. Gutta.

This doctor is really friendly but the quality of his work is rushed and unsatisfactory. His office staff are not helpful, they do not communicate with each other so every treatment and care decisions are delayed by days. I would not recommend this office or doctor for any care. The surgery was rushed and severe complications arises due to this inadequacy.

Dr. Gutta was exactly what I would prefer in a Dr. He was straight to the point and no BS. Im 1 week into recovery and feel he did an excellent job.

A family member found themselves with an 80 percent caratoid artery that was discovered after a TIA. Dr Gutta walked our family through the entire process. He spent as much time as needed to answer all our questions. The surgery to clear the artery went perfectly and literally saved a life. I know there are some negative reviews on Google and other sites about Dr Gutta. I researched all the Vascular Surgeons in town from UNMC, Methodist, and CHI. We chose Gutta based on recomendations from friends in the medical field and trying to read through all the reviews while removing the emotion. I would highly recommend Dr Gutta. Worst doctor ever. If you have a death wish go to him

Absolutely terrible doctor. Condescending belittling and just flat-out rude. Please do not go and see this "man" for any reason. Office staff we're very standoffish and not welcoming at all. This was thet worst doctor's office experience I've ever had in my whole 47 years.

Dr. Gutta not only saved my dads legs, but he saved his life. Dr. Gutta is incredible, highly recommend. Very kind and thorough. Takes his patients needs very seriously, he is impeccable at his job.

Dr. Gutta is very knowledgeable and experienced in his work. I was so impressed in the time that he took with my husband and I to explain what was going on with my health, and treatment options.

He literally saved my life & did exactly what he described for the procedure. He has a dry, straight to the point humor that most would not get otherwise. His delivery of news is straight and to the point.

I have nothing but contempt for Dr. Gutta. He has a terrible bedside manner, and I would never recommend that anyone go to see him. When my sister was in the hospital, it was the worst time for myself and my family, and Dr. Gutta seemed to relish the drama of giving us bad news. At a time when we were at our lowest and needed help and assurance, he instead was rude and inconsiderate, and somehow made us feel lower than we already felt. I am fortunate to work with vascular surgeons at another practice, and so I have experience with good surgeons. Dr. Gutta is not one of them, and he should be ashamed of himself and his practices. I recommend anyone to see someone different, as he is not concerned with helping patients. Please, I beg you, find someone else. And if he ever recommends a surgery, get a second opinion. Very pleased with his bedside manners. Straight and to the point. Very pleasant to talk to also. I would recommend him to anyone with DVTs.

DR Gutta has a great bedside manner, very kind and thorough. He saved my leg in Feb.

Our experience with Dr Gutta was not good. This review is not based on hearing something we didn’t want to hear. He was arrogant and condescending. Dad repeatedly asked him to slow down so Dad could hear & understand him – the doctor slowed down for a few sentences & then he was off again. When asked what would happen if the aneurysm ruptured, he stated (in front of the patient - my 91 year old father) that Dad would die, but then, he’s 91 and we all die. I have no trust in this doctor.

Not impressive. Omaha needs more vascular surgeons, good ones!

He explained everything had stents put in stomach when I left hospital I felt 100 % better and follow up he really explained everything would recommend highly

Three years since surgery , leg and foot are still swollen and experiencing constant pain in the foot with numbness in the leg.....look around

Dr. Gutta called my mothers case critical yet dragged his feet on reviewing the case with his colleagues. We also requested for him to send a referral out to another specialist in order for us to weigh our options. Gutta did not meet with his team or send out referrals for a "critical case". Now three months after he labeled my mother critical the office called to confirm the referral was sent today. Not to mention the referral was sent to a totally different hospital than what we requested.

I felt very confident with him. He took time with me to answer questions and was never in a big hurry although I know he's extremely busy. Very nice Dr.
