Dr. Tibbs is so so nice. Very personable and realistic explaining the options and procedure plans with you. I feel like I’ve known him forever, his personality and humor makes you feel that way. I completely trust him.

Arrived at doctor office today at 10:00 and checked in with front desk, the receptionist said my name back and said she had me checked in, so I waited an hour and went up to from desk and ask her politely did y’all forget me she looked puzzled and ask my name and I told her and she said I was a no show, the same person that checked me in and preceded to making a scene and disrespectfully said to me I didn’t check and that I was a no show and basically called me a liar and was so unprofessional, and hateful. So grateful I had a witness. Never apologized! Will be filing a complaint! Never will see this doctor again. I had a pleasant visit with Dr Randall Tibbs . He was thorough and personable. Dr Tibbs has a great bed side manner and I would recommend him to anyone needing podiatry needs .

I took my son to Dr. Tibbs. He provided excellent service attending to his needs swiftly. The wait was reasonable and the staff was pleasant.

Dr. Tibbs has a great way of making you feel comfortable. Absolutely gives the best treatment! Strongly recommend!

Dr Tibbs was rude and awful. And I STILL have a toenail fungus. Do not go there. I'm never going back.

Dr. Tibbs an staff was quick an professional. I went in for ingrown toe nail an was taking care of the same day. The nurse prep me an Dr Tibbs came in introduce himself an I was out of there in no time. Toes heeled well no problem. I recommend the Podiatry Center to everyone.

Dr. Tibbs performed an unnecessary procedure after removing my toenail that created an unnecessary bill. He grafted pig skin to my toe nail to speed to process of healing and creating a smoother nail bed. This did NONE of the such. My toenail would have healed without the grafting as it has done on a previous occasion.

Dr Tibbs is very knowledgeable, kind and caring. I highly recommend him. His office staff is also fabulous.

Dr. Tibbs was thorough and truthful about my needed surgery. After explaining the surgical procedure, he also detailed what I could expect during the recuperation period. I highly recommend him to anyone needing food surgery.

Great doctor...listens as well as offer sound solutions to your issues. Superb bedside manner.

Dr. Tibbs did bunion surgery on both of my feet, the left foot in November, and the right foot in December. The office staff is so nice and the nurse was awesome. Dr. Tibbs is one of the best doctors I have ever been to. He is very knowledgeable and he made me feel at ease even during surgery. I am very happy with the results and I don't hate my feet anymore :) I would recommend Dr. Tibbs to anyone looking for a good podiatrist!

Although the staff was kind and Dr. Tibbs was a nice guy, he gave me the runaround because he kept wanting to do x-rays and multiple office visits which were unnecessary, and ended up costing me a lot of money to tell me very little about my broken foot. I will not be back because it's just too expensive.
