Dr. Randall W Rodgers

They listen to lies from people who call them on the phone . They never even talk to you they just let you go . They don't care about the truth after five years of being with them .

I have been a patient here for 10 years with no issues and then suddenly I was discharged as a patient and lied to about why. Saying it was because my insurance was no longer covering visits. After checking with my provider I find this was not true. I found it to be because of the previous months issue with medication called in incorrectly and my calls to fix it before I could pick them up. Apparently their mistake is enough to make Odessa the nurse fire you as a patient without cause and have the office staff lie about reasons.

I’ve been a patient of Dr. Rodgers for over 10 years and he and his staff have always been absolutely amazing. He’s always asked every question that needed asked and been a very caring and compassionate man. I can’t say enough good things about him and the staff at Care First! Top rate!

Dr. Rodgers and his nurse Odessa are liars, they will fill your record with items never discussed and outright untruths. All to fit their little minute of control of your life.

This Doctor does not follow appropriate procedures and drops services without stepping the patient down from their medications; another words just cuts them off and when someone’s meds are reported stolen to police and their pill count is short due to the theft, he Randall Rogers does not use except this information as legit!

Excellent Doctors, PA's, nurses and all the women behind the desks. They care, first!!! Thanks to you all, for being there on my absolutely worst days.

I am a Veteran receiving care fro Dr Rodgers through a VA program called Choice. Dr Rodgers and staff are providing me care that far surpasses any care I got at the VA. The Dr and his staff provide excellent care and excellent communication with the patient. Thanks Doc.

Dr Rogers is not only great doctor but a great man. Most of the staff is very friendly. Sad to leave Dr Rogers.

Today was my first visit. It took a while but i was a new patient. My husband said he saw plenty of people go in and come out in thirty minutes. The staff was very friendly. The nurse practitioner was great, she was genuine , up front, asked questions and listened. I got none of this while I was a patient with trinity for many years. They show real concern and do testing to ensure proper treatment as well as offer counseling and chiropractic care. You cant just find this anywhere.

How anyone can leave a bad review about Dr. Rogers or anyone at CareFirst Medical Center is beyond me. They're all kind compassionate people doing everything in their power, & within the Government Regulations to provide the best services possible. Dr. Rogers listens, is honestly concerned about my disabilities, & my quality of life. He & his whole staff have always been there, doing everything to help improve my life. And for a disabled single father of 3 sons that's priceless. Thanks.

Served a purpose when I absolutely had to have pain meds and was out of area. Dr didnt like out of town patients and it took many hoops to finally get into see him, along with alot of money. The nurses were always kind and stuck to standards every month. I actually appreciate that they were there for me when I needed them.

Three appointments with this doctor and was never given a physical examination. Dr. Rodgers told me that the x-rays he took showed that my low back vertebrae had fused together as if I had been the patient of a spinal fusion surgery. My insurance requested an MRI which clearly showed this to be a complete fabrication. This office refused to treat me unless I paid for treatments up front...despite having a Cadillac insurance plan and an excellent credit score.
