Very pleasant visit

Dr Fong was very friendly and explained things clearly and answered all our questions.

Dr. Fong provided superior care to my father who has experienced disappointing service from the VA. He moved swiftly to get my Dad additional treatment and was intentional and thorough with the medical services he provided. Best care my Dad has ever received; I highly recommend Dr. Fong.

Came into see Dr. Fong for my new patient appointment, and I don’t think I’ll be seeing him again. The whole appointment was him in a hurry, he didn’t explain anything he was doing when examining me, and didn’t even let me put a word in. He just rushed me through my whole appointment like my questions/concerns didn’t matter. I didn’t feel heard, and in the end, there was no follow up or even further plans for investigation to the issues I’ve been having. I hate that I have to advocate for myself and start somewhere new. He is incredible I can smell again breath he listens to his patients I can swallow again. I can't say enough on how grateful I am. His staff is wonderful.

I'd love to share my experience with Dr. Fong but I don't remember when he started working with Dr.Theil. He operated on my turbinate which for many years was causing me to have sinus infections and bad headaches. After the operation I've been infection free and headache free for over 35 years. Thank you Dr. Fong.

So far I have not had a good experience. Everyone is nice but when you can’t even talk to the doctor about your sons breathing issues it’s a little ridiculous. I have been trying for a while now being a pro active mom. My son was seen by Dr. Fong 3/11/20 and I have yet to speak to the doctor about my 4year old breathing and I have several videos to show him, but they will see me for a follow finally 3/23/20. Very disappointed especially when it involves breathing issues. 8/5/2020 Update I was able to talk to Dr. Fong 4/23/2020. I was glad to finally be able to talk to the doctor regarding my sons breathing issues. He was very professional and showed concern for the issue at hand. I hope the staff learns and improves on the way they deal with divorced parents from this experience. So far I have not had a good experience. This was my first time visiting this office and I was so impressed with Dr Fong! He was very thorough he explained everything in detail to me he listened and he was kind I would recommend him to anyone. The staff was very kind also, office very clean

My two year old stuck a bead up her nose and Dr. Fong was amazing at getting it out! It was up there pretty far and the ER doctor couldn't get it out but Dr. Fong got it in about 30 seconds. I thought they would have to sedate her since she wouldn't hold still at all. They put a little numbing liquid and I did have to hold her still since she's two. But after a minute of tears she was back to normal and smiling. My two year old stuck a bead up her nose and Dr. Fong was amazing at getting it out! My son was only 2 we went to see Dr Fong , he had to multiple procedures on my son due to his condition. We saw him for 5 years and was never disappointed always very thorough, my son still remembers Dr Fong as a great Dr.

No diagnosis. No path forward. Typical lack of knowledge or care that you see with most doctors around tricities Washington. More than happy to take your money after spending 5 minutes with you. He’s well mannered but lacked any enthusiasm to actually help. Doctors are here to take in the most patients they can handle, it’s dollars over care and doctor fong is the same. Doctors all around should feel shame for putting dollars above patients, health care is a joke in America and it’s because of doctors who care more about paying bills than their Hippocratic oath to the well being of their patients. Accountability is not present in our health care system

Dr. Fong is an amazing doctor. Knows exactly what he is doing. I cannot say the same for the staff. 4 times I've attempted to see doctor fong. With issues of infection and hearing loss. Just so happens that each time I attempt to make my appearance for the appointment. I miraculously am 15-30 minutes late and cannot be seen, despite the pain or any issue I'm in. This last time I attempted to make an appearance I was lead to believe that I was 2 hours early. And just so happened to once again be 30 minutes late. There is no reminder phone calls or anything that remind and confirm your appointment. I'm lead to believe now that in some way the staff is byist or something. Dr. Fong is a professional that takes ownership of his craft with excellence on all fronts. His office and medical staff are incredible to work with as well. Would recommend to everyone. Source: tonsils removed as an adult by Dr Fong. He did an incredible job.

I’ve been experiencing reoccurring ear infections for months. it’s caused extreme anxiety and forced me to cancel trips for work. Dr Fong did an entire workup, and when traditional methods of treatment weren’t responding we opted for a tube placement. Understanding my anxiety, he took extra care with the in office procedure...even telling me a story about his father while he did so to keep my mind and anxiety at ease. He is thorough, he listened to my frustration and concerns through our entire treatment and informed me above and beyond to be sure I felt comfortable with all methods of treatment. Dr Fong did an entire workup, and when traditional methods of treatment weren’t responding we opted for a tube placement. Understanding my anxiety, he took extra care with the in office procedure...even telling me a story about his father while he did so to keep my mind and anxiety at ease. Treatment worked and I’m much better.

The staff is fantastic, and I loved the manner that Dr. Fong and the Audiologist had. They explained why they did certain things and what exactly the tests are accomplishing.

I had a positive experience with Dr. Fong and his staff before, during, and after my septoplasty, turbinate reduction, and cyst removal. I was accurately diagnosed, informed, and prepared for the procedures. Any and all questions were answered with clarity by Dr. Fong, and the scheduling for the procedure was easy. This is a first rate staff and physician.

Dr Fong is a great E.N.T Dr. He goes the extra step to make you feel at ease. These guys have been great through my whole experience so far. Highly Recommended.

This is a great place to go if you need an ENT doctor. He is a very competent Dr, he has a most excellent staff. They also have a great audiologist on premises. A good choice for all your needs!
