Dr Sharma and his staff are exceptionally respectful and caring. Dr. Sharma was my mother's pulmonologist for the past 5 years until she sadly passed. Appointments available and accommodating to our needs. He is thorough and ensures you understand the plan before you leave. The best is that he works at Abrazo West and that is the family hospital. As difficult as this past year has been with COVID-19, he has eased any and answered every questions we have about COVID-19 and the care my parents needed. Since the family could not visit hospitals this past year, when my mother was last admitted, he ensured we were able to communicate with her and she had a dignified passing. Terrible customer service. Have had to call multiple times because things are not followed through with. Went in for an appt and was told after waiting for 30 minutes that they didn't have the test results yet. So they called and confirmed my appt without bothering to make sure the results were in. This made me have to leave work early unpaid since the industry I work in pays hourly. Prescriptions aren't sent in properly leading to delays. Terrible customer service. Love Dr Sharma, but his office staff is horrible! Mother got a new prescription over a month ago, and his office staff still has not called it in. He needs good staff that can get things done in a timely manner.

Dr Sharma is awesome. He cares more than he is paid!!! Hes so great!

Dr Sharma and team, are wonderful. Dr Sharma is very thorough and takes quality time with his patients. I am a patient and I brought my daughter to him, for treatment.

I absolutely love Dr Sharma and his assistant (I think it may be his wife). They are the sweetest people and Dr Sharma basically saved my life. I work in primary care and I was sick in March. The Dr I work for sent me for a chest X-ray. It came back showing a small issue that was reported out by radiologist just requiring an antibiotic. Since I started seeing Dr Sharma one time prior to this for Valley Fever I called his office with a FYI just to say I had a chest X-ray ordered by my boss who happens not to be a pulmonologist and maybe Dr Sharma wanted to look at images. Within 30 mins Dr Sharma’s office called me back. Said go to ER immediately because the radiologist (not my boss because he isn’t the one that read the images) seems to have missed pneumonia. I went to the ER and there was pneumonia caused by a PULMONARY EMBOLISM in my left lung!! If I didn’t call with an FYI and Dr Sharma didn’t take the time to look at xrays he DIDN’T EVEN ORDER HIMSELF I may not be here today. Dr Sharma has been our pulmonologist since Jan 2014 when my spouse became extremely ill from a much needed surgery. He continued to Provide vital service at Kindred Transitional after West Valley determined discharge was warranted. Now Dr Sharma is my personal pulmonologist since I contracted Endocarditis a very serious bacteria infection. My lungs have damaged with the blood carting bacteria. I can not speak anymore highly for his services which have been life savings for our family. Was referred to Dr Sharma by my son. I was pleasantly surprised. Everyone from the receptionist, girls doing the breathing tests, etc., were awesome! They all had such a great attitude. Jeanette really put me at ease when doing a breathing test i had always hated doing... she made it so easy. Dr. Sharma was professional and thorough... really put me at peace. I have been a patient since 2015 and his kindness, compassion and knowledge has kept me going thru a difficult diagnosis. He is very thorough and patiently explains what is occurring. He stays up on all the latest developments and takes the time to actually listen. I have a rare disease and he is up-to-date. The last pulmonologist I had was not so thorough and I believe I would not have survived if I had continued in his care. His office staff is professional and really works for you also. I would not hesitate to bring my children, grand children or great grands to him for care. Love Dr Sharma. Him and his staff are very compassionate and sympathetic to your individual health needs. He's very through and listens , he makes sure you're you understand what's going on and doesn't send you away wondering what to do. He gets to the bottom of it.

First met Dr Sharma when I was in the hospital. I was impressed with his compassion. When I got out of the hospital I decided to call Dr Sharma’s office for my follow up visit. He talks so you can understand. Very sympathetic to your condition.

Best doctor I have ever been to. You can tell he's not just in it for the money, he's in to help.

Dr. Sharma diagnosed my husbands COPD. He was very attentive, knowledgeable and easy to talk to.

The entire staff was very friendly and made you feel like a person and not a number. Dr Sharma explained everything in detail. Both what is going on and what the plan of action is going to be. I highly recommend this wonderful practice.

Dr. Sharma is one of the best Dr's I have ever been treated by. He was on call pulmonary Dr. at Banner Hospital when I went to the ER for coughing up blood. I was scared but he assured me I would come out okay and I did. He truly cares about the patient more than the paycheck (example) I believe anybody that sees Dr. Sharma will be well pleased. Thank you Dr.Sharma you are the greatest.

Straight forward honest guy. You don't find many Doctors you can trust 100%!

He is a very caring doctor and makes sure you get the best of care.

Dr. Sharma was kind enough to fit me into his busy schedule with an urgent problem. He gave plenty of time and attention to my needs. He is very caring and gives understandable explanations of your situation. He was relaxed and reassuring during the visit. His front staff, nurses and assistants, and Dr. Sharma himself, were very professional and pleasant to deal with.
