Keeps terrible records (necessary for insurance reasons) and loses X-rays. Pam, his staff member, has a serious attitude problem. She's completely inept, but instead of realizing her limitations she gets defensive and hateful. If you can't get in somewhere else, then sure, go here. Awful. Waited close to 2 hrs. Dr L took a patient before me who walked in without sn appointment. I finally peaked my head in and asked how much longer it might run and indicated I had a 2 pm appt. He said "Is that a threat?" Then he said maybe I should book another appointment. I said I was leaving andwouldn't be back. He said "Good," He was very grumpy and short. Yet I heard all the petty small talk he eas engaged in with the two patients who walked in without an appointment. Extremely disappointing since I had been waiting since Mar 2020 to feel safe to go in.
