Horrible bedside manners. Extremely rude, doesn’t care about the patient at all. Beware you will receive a bill and then receive another bill for an astronomical amount. He’s not willing to work with the patient regarding bills he just gets angry and yells over the phone. Do not go here he will scam you. He will be reported to the board

I don’t know where to start. How is this man a doctor? He is arrogant, rude and difficult to deal with, not to mention racist and apathetic. Apparently I’m not the only one who’s had this same exact experience yet he continues to practice? Avoid at all costs, I’ll be submitting a complaint about him to the board.

I was overdosed on the operating table. First thing he said was turn the cameras off. I could not feel myself breathing due to the medication he pushed through my system during a simple procedure. My blood pressure dropped and the wheeled in the paddles. I asked the nurse if I was going to die and she said we’re going to do everything possible so that doesn’t happen. He was rude to my husband and never once apologized for what he did to me. I had no choice but to see him until I found a doctor who deals with the morphine pump. I can’t say enough bad things about Dr Gupta. He is arrogant and a liar. I don’t know how he continues to practice medicine. He is out to scam innocent people. I’ll be reporting him to the state as well for perjury.

I can’t say enough bad things about Dr. Gupta. He should be Ashamed of himself for how he treats his patients. Never again. Talked to me like a child and very arrogant.

What an all around horrible man and Doctor. He has no compassion for his patients and interrupts you mid sentence. Acts like you’re wasting his time and is not there to truly help you. BBB needs to review him.

Dr. Patel is not a fair IME Doctor. He should be called Defense Medical Examiner. I get that the insurance cimpany pays him and hes going to be biased from the get go. But to be ignorant about it is totally unacceptable. He would ask a question, and before I could finish he was writing down his answer, without me further explaining the details. As soon as I walked in and met him, I got brow beaten. The exam is a joke, walk back and forth, push on my hands. What type of true exam is that for pain management? I would give negative stars if I could. Thats ok, my REAL Doctor will appeal his decision AGAIN, prove he's WRONG AGAIN, and I'll continue my pain management. Thanks for wasting my day!

Dr Gupta is very good at his job. When I first started seeing him for lumbar issues, I was having issues very often. At first his injections incredible. I hadn't had relief like that in years. 4 years later I only have to have injections every 9 months. Except this year it's been 14 months pain free. No pain meds, only during the times a nerve is being compressed. After the injections, I don't need pain meds at all. Instant relief for me. And I love his staff. Worst Doctor in the world! Rude, unpleasant, causes staff to quit because they can't stand him. I went in for my scheduled appointment to have my pain pump medicine adjusted, and he told me to leave! Find someone else. He does not care about your pain!

For nearly 20 years he has helped me with pain from a 7 floor fall in an elevator, He has helped me with acute and long term pain in my back, Recently I think a disk was injured and now I have sciatica. I called and he will see me tomorrow. He is the only Dr. I feel safe with spinal injections.

I had previously left a review regarding the billing issues I experienced. I have decided to delete it as they are more than accommodating when it comes to these types of concerns. My insurance finalized all bills, and I had concerns. However, after reaching out to them, they worked with me and I truly appreciate that. Also, Dr. Gupta is an excellent doctor and knows what he is doing. Within a few minutes of my initial consultation, he was able to identify exactly what was causing my back pain. One week later, I was in the Surgery center and I can honestly say he did an excellent job. He is accurate and efficient. I would highly recommend. ONE OF THE BEST DOCTOR TO DOES SURGERY OF PAIN PUMP AND VERY WELL CARE OF PAIN AND DOCTOR GUPTA MANAGE ALL VERY VERY WILL

I suffer from Degenerative Disc Disease and have had two cervical surgeries and 20 years of pain management injections. Once I began treatment with Dr, Gupta 10 years ago I stopped looking for anyone else to help with my pain. He is thorough in all aspects of your treatment, from your initial interview to your surgical procedures.

DO NOT GO HERE! YOU WILL PAY CO PAY THEN RECEIVE ASTRONOMICAL BILLS IN THE MAIL AND GET THE RUN AROUND FROM MILLENIAL (who they use for billing) ON WHAT YOU’RE BEING CHARGED FOR!!! DO NOT GO HERE!!!

I have been seeing Dr. Gupta for a chronic back issue for several years, receiving the best care delivered in a thorough and compassionate manner. He always puts the patient first. He always takes the time to listen to any issues/changes between visits, and is forward thinking with information readily available as to current trends in back-related treatments.

Dr. Gupta is an excellent doctor. He listens to you and offers multiple options for treatment.

I've been a patient of Dr. Gupta for several years and highly recommend him - especially to those with chronic medical conditions like myself. Dr. Gupta listens, asks questions, and really tries to understand how I'm feeling. Not only is this refreshing, but it allows me to be more informed & more involved in my own care. Not a good pain doctor. Bad bedside manner. Do yourself a favor and go to RA pain or Relievus. At least those doctors care about you and try to get you better.

Dr. Gupta is a life saver for me, I spent many years battling my many back issues that many doctors wrote off. I was hospitalized & he was brought in as a consult for my issues. He took the time to explain to me his thoughts on the issues & what procedure he would be doing to me to assist as well as the his future plans. Ive had other procedures with him now & fully trust him! Amazing knowledge, bedside & never rushed at your visit. His office/nurse staff are top notch as well! Thank You Ken VP

I would definitely recommend Dr. Gupta for pain management for any spinal issues such a stenosis, sciatica, I was in excruciating pain and following 2 separate injection orocedures, I can say today I am pain free. I know I can get flare ups but he has assured me we will confront that should it occur. I found him to be very kind and sympathetic and anxious to help me. Following the injections expect it to take up to 3 wks to work . Sometimes getting worse before it feels better. Thx Dr. Gupta.

I've been seeing Dr Gupta for 5 years now for my 2 bulging disks and low back pain and I can say he is one of the best doctors at helping with pain relief. I've been away at college for the past 4 years and have worked with two other doctors who have given me injections and never got any comparable relief as to when Dr. Gupta did my injections. Hes willing to even try conservative treatment of taking medication but is not opposed to either. Always friendly and really knows his clients.

He was VERY rude and arrogant. He treated me like I was lying about my severe pain. He was very cold and uncaring. He had NO compassion or kindness. I would NOT ever go back to him. His office staff was just as rude.
