I have had a bad experience with the receptionist at Dr. Sih’s office. She is rude and very unhelpful. This has happened to me on several occasions. I hate when I have to call for an appointment or question... I’m thinking of switching doctors due to the disrespectful receptionist. I have heard others have had the same experience
