Saw him 3 years ago. He said I needed an H Pylori test but didn't have the equipment. I had to cancel my appointment for next week because in THREE years, his office still can't return a phone call and no one seems to care at all.
Dr. Shah is amazing. I have gastro doctor's most of my life, but he is definitely the best. Kind, caring, and talk to you, not at you. I drive over 2 hours to see him. Well worth the trip!!
Dr. Shah is great like others have said but his office is dysfunctional. Appointment requested back in Sept no response, requested again in Dec still no response. Somebody is not doing their job, this has been going on for years now.
Dr. Shah is an incredible doctor. When you can get in touch with him. Have been waiting for a referral to a surgeon for three weeks now after being told I’d be getting one a week after my initial visit. Very unprofessional communication and seems as all they are worried about is the insurance money and not following up with patients.
Dr. Shah is a good Doctor, but his entire office personnel is AWFUL. Terrible communication (that's IF you can get in touch with someone there or get a call returned to begin with), rude, and makes zero effort whatsoever to help you in any way.

Dr. Shah helped me a great deal with my acid reflux. Never had a problem before, but now I can never get his office to answer one of my calls :(.
My name is Julie Kelly "Rogers" & I've seen gastroenterologist since I was 8. At age 20 I had half of my stomach removed due to (non healing ulcers). Dr Rahil Shah is the best gastroenterologist I've seen in 50 yrs , so much so my mom , sis & hubs now see him also. Julie Kelly Rogers
If you're lucky enough to get someone on the phone to make an appointment, you will sit forever in the waiting room, be rushed through talking with him, given whatever medication, and be sent on your way.
Informative and thorough. Dr Shah answered all my questions before I even had a chance to ask them. Dr Shah made me feel at ease with his explanation of the details of the procedure.
