Dr. Upender was very thorough and engaging. These other reviews are quite opposite of my experience. I would highly recommend Dr. Upender to my patients and look forward to managing my sleep issues under his care.

Like someone else said, he made me feel like a drug addict. I had been under the care of one of the most well-known and respected sleep docs in the country who had retired, so I started going to him. He disregarded her analysis completely, took me off my meds, treated me like I was crazy, and felt like he never cared or listened to anything I said. After two years, I had enough and went to another doc who is awesome, kind, calls to check in, and takes me seriously. And I can finally sleep again!

Dr. Upender treated me like a drug seeker even though I have suffered from narcolepsy all my life. I gave his office my records that showed my diagnosis and yet it still took entirely too long and entirely too much effort on my part to get the medicine that I have been taking for eight years. He was rude, disregarded what I have to live with when I ran out of my medication, and the whole experience was quite upsetting.The office staff is completely incompetent too.
